위치가 광장근처이고 알카사르가기도 좋았어요.바로앞에 까르푸도있어 간단한 음료구입도 좋았어요~~처음에 골목안쪽이라 위치찾는게 좀힘들었고..주차하느라 애먹었어요..숙소는 젤 꼭대기에 가까웠고 무료주차장은 젤 밑이었어요..다행히 에스컬레이터가 있어서 이동은 했지만,먼 거리긴해요

만족해서 떠나기 아쉬운 호텔이였어요 아주 깨끗하고, 특히 욕실에 수건 건조하는게 있어서 여행중에 간단하게 손세탁해서 옷건조하기도 좋았어요 실내화도 줍니다 ㅎㅎ 센터까지 걷는게 조금 힘들면, voi로 이동해도 되지만 세비야는 밤늦게까지 밝아서 호텔까지 걸어다니기도 괜찮았어요 ! 조식은 조금 아쉬웠지만 그래도 먹을만했어요

A lovely property in a quiet street in the historic centre A €10 taxi ride from the station. Staff very polite and helpful. Cool bedroom and large shower cubicle in room 21. Needed it at 35 Celsius in May.

Great location , Excellent Buffett breakfast for 13Euros, exceptional shower water pressure . Fortunately there was available on site valet parking during our stay - but may be dependant on your travel dates . If travelling by car , be aware the mapping software may arrive you across the street from hotel- and it is a bit of hassle to get the car turned around be in front of hotel. Oue room was clean and ready upon arrival. However, the air conditioning was inadequate for the room. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast service is quite limited for hot items

El cuarto es bastante amplio. Está muy bien ubicado con relación a los lugares atractivos de Toledo. La cama es cómoda. Incluye un frigobar. En general, la habitación cumple con todo lo que se requiere a nivel básico. No doy una mejor evaluación por la falta de respuesta a los imprevistos. Reporté que la TV no funcionaba pues solicitaba un PIN en la mayoría de los canales. También que la temperatura de la habitación estaba muy alta (24.5 grados). Para el primer asunto, después de una hora de que no recibí respuesta, tuve que intentar por prueba y error hasta que di con el PIN correcto, pero ellos no hicieron nada. Para el tema del aire acondicionado, solo me dijeron que se regulaba a través de suelo radiante y que como el técnico no estaba, no se podía arreglar. Después comentaron que bajarían un par de grados la temperatura del piso, pero lo cierto es que el medidor de temperatura del cuarto nunca bajó de 24.5 grados. Al final, nos proporcionaron un ventilador, lo cual agradecimos por la intención e iniciativa. Si tú puedes dormir bien a 24.5 grados sí recomiendo el hotel pues en todo lo demás vale la pena. De no ser así, mejor busca otra opción.

Boutique hotel was very clean and bright. The room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great bar/restaurant for breakfast or an evening glass of wine at reasonable price.

close to the main plaza, a meeting place for walking tours. many places to eat within a short walk. on site restaurant is good too.

Our room no. Was 335. It was the most awkward room we ever had. There was a partition before we enter our room and our room door was glass with a curtain. The toilet bar below the sink was all rusty and the towel holder were held on with double-sided tape.

Equipe da recepção muito gentil. Quarto confortável, com um pequeno armário, uma mesa, um aparador, sofá e duas mesas de cabeceira. O quarto é compacto, mas é o esperado visto que o hotel está em um prédio histórico no centro da cidade. Considerando o tamanho do quadro o banheiro me surpreendeu. O hotel está muito bem localizado. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia.

Personal muy amable y el restaurante excelente

100% recommended. The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the hotel was so close to the main square. Definitely, in our next visit, we’ll stay here again.

We booked a suite. It had distinctive design features that made you feel that you were in Toledo, an old historic city. Best feature though was the helpfulness and pleasant attitude of the staff.
