왕궁쪽 접근성 등 위치가 좋아요. 게다가 최근에 리모델링 해서인지 내부 시설도 깨끗하고, 조식도 무난하게 좋네요

Hôtel parfait, très bien situé Un hôtel vraiment impeccable : très propre, super bien situé avec une vue incroyable sur l’Opéra de Madrid. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très professionnel et chaleureux. Les vinyles dans la chambre sont une super idée – ils créent une ambiance douce et agréable en soirée, un vrai plus ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Petit bémol : la piscine est vraiment trop petite, mais à part ça, tout était parfait.

El chico de recepción que nos hizo el check in no fue tan amigable, realmente compruebo el mito de América, en España no reciben al turismo de la mejor manera, son muy groseros, y aunque te puedan ayudar no lo hacen, así vean que estás perdido o en apuros.

Great rooftop pool and chairs!

Would’ve been perfect except the room was one floor above the street and the noise from the people gathering below 24/7 was a pain. We could hear every word and sound through the window until 3am… definitely disappointing…

Really great location and solid hotel. Only issues were confusion with billing and also when wanted to go to the bar to just have a drink were really not made to feel welcome. The lack of lounge is an issue and the seating was full in the pool area with no other options

He Amado está propiedad! Súper bien ubicada y aparte hermosa. Me ha tocado un balcón que me dió hasta nostalgia dejarlo. Sin duda mi favorito de todo Madrid.
