왕궁쪽 접근성 등 위치가 좋아요. 게다가 최근에 리모델링 해서인지 내부 시설도 깨끗하고, 조식도 무난하게 좋네요

Very friendly staff, great location, we did not have breakfast as it's not included and expect. We did get a coupon for hotel bar which was very nice. Decent room, coffee available in room

The location of the hotel is indeed very convenient and central, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options in the city. However, one major issue during my stay was the noise level at night. There is a pub located very close to the hotel, and the noise from people talking, laughing, and leaving the venue continued well past midnight. Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the outside-facing window area. Although a curtain is provided, it does not fully block visibility. Because the neighbouring building is very close, people from that building can see directly into the washroom area, which creates a clear privacy issue.

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Incredible staff- front desk, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff are all so kind and helpful. Spanish, English, French- they have you covered. I will always stay here when I’m in Madrid.

Hotel en una ubicación excepcional para cualquier tipo de estadía, bien sea viaje de negocios o de placer. Zona muy tranquila y llena de oferta comercial. Muy bien comunicado con transporte público o privado.

Great location and breakfast. The room is on the small side and there’s no door between the bathroom and the bedroom area. On the upside, the breakfast is great and the location is close to many restaurants and attractions like the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor.

Super clean, staff were very nice, location is super convenient, close to Gran Via, La Latina, Puerta del Sol, and the metro station was right outside the hotel too!

Clean good quality room

this time the room even if I took a superior had a terrible smell... and the window was locked.. so I had to stay in that smell.

Clean modern hotel but desperately need to sound proof the rooms from the noisy square containing a night club next door . Got woken up regularly in the early hours as club goers congregated outside and shouted as they prepared to leave
