The hotel is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Service by the pool was not good as only one individual was taking food and drink orders and it took a long time to get served. Other services, front desk, valet, concierge was good.

The resort is amazing and I loved how easily accessible the shops and restaurants were. Service at the hotel was amazing as well.

The property was beautiful and so well maintained. The staff was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Great location for a family, no room service but you ca ie uber East in case you need it. Clean and spații us we had a great thanksgiving with our family

It was great

First time staying at Shore House. We’ve been coming to the Del Coronado Hotel since 1987. It is more of a family oriented area. One day, the pool was closed because a child soiled the diaper in the water. There are renovations in the Victorian building and the resort is fully committed everywhere.

Beautiful resort. The walls were a little thin, but other than that, rooms were outstanding.Grounds immaculate! Inside of Shore House was tastefully decorated and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Should be able to view exactly what room your getting. The rooms on first floor right on the pool should be priced way less the other rooms. It was loud and no privacy. We did get relocated to another room and we had an amazing stay.

Very nice and right on the beach!

The whole trip was a nightmare. Starting with incompetence from Expedia which booked us into an expensive suite we never ordered and were charged for. Next the Dell told my son's family that they had no reservations when they arrived at the Dell for our family vacation with our grandchildren. The property was rundown and there was a 90 min delay at 4PM check-in on both of our rooms. Our grandchildren were exposed to marijuana smoke for over an hour at the cabana family pool area on Saturday and Sunday. Never again Expedia! We will no be returning to the Dell either.

Most highly recommend shore house exquisitely designed spotless great for Adults and wonderful for children and families. The whole property was beautiful landscaped lost of great walking paths everywhere was so well maintained staff very friendly close to shopping restaurants town was safe clean. Would definitely stay again

I have stayed at the Del before and the Shore House is Definitely my favorite section of The Del

Low rating is due to low value for money. Nightly rate is disproportionately high for what you get and I would therefore NOT recommend. Room, service and amenities weren’t any better than in many other Hilton properties at half or a third of the cost. (We paid 950 over a holiday weekend plus resort fee, taxes etc was over 1000/night. Our room was in “the Views” though there was no ocean view). The bathroom was small, and the sink had no storage space, the soaps etc were not high end. Maybe it’s actually different if you stay at the Victorian (currently under construction) - I don’t know. If you splurge on a stay like that I would pick a different hotel.

Quiet comfortable rooms. Pool and dining area are beautiful. Love being at the quieter end of the resort while havng access to all of it, in addition the private pool for the Shore House guests.

This is a new premier ocean front property on Coronado Island right next door to the Historic Del Coronado built in 1888. It has everything anyone could want in a premier upscale luxury property. You will love it.
