3박을 신청했는데 숙박기간 공사가 계속 이어졌고 공사 잔여물이 복도에 널브러져 있었습니다. 공사를 진행할 경우 공사를 진행하는 층만이라도 손님을 받지 않았어야 할 것 같은데, 그렇지 않았어요. 객실도 정갈하지 않았어요.

Clean room. Recently refurbished so room was great. Hotel is being done up so currently quite noisy due to contrsctors. But good hotel at a reasonable price in a very good area. Staff very friendly.

This hotel is a building site with construction work starting at 0830 on a Saturday morning. Not in a fit state to accommodate people. Not safe. Exposed witting in the room

I can't be too complementary, because it is super basic. The hotel is clearly undergoing some renovations, although to call it a hotel at all seems misleading. Maybe a guesthouse? But the bed was comfortable enough, the bedding was changed, the bathroom was well fitted, if small. The room did lack a kettle, but oddly did have teabags etc, probably an oversight. Also being a ground floor room there was road noise, but it's to be expected. Worst thing was that one of the pillow cases had an old wine stain on it. Anyway, now that I've written all that you'd probably think I was unhappy, but for the price I paid (something like £70 a night at fairly short notice) I'm actually very satisfied. The location is good if you want to be in Richmond and if you're looking for a reasonably comfortable and mostly clean room then this fits the bill.

Stay here all the time it’s great

Hi! I booked a cheap room for one night before I flew out of London. I don't think I got the right room that I booked as I booked a superior double room and this room was far from superior, more like standard or sub par. It was room 12. There was no shower curtain or door or glass partition on the shower which was like a box, no tub, with the shower head all green from years of calcium build up - so I ended up not taking a shower. One of the faucets didn't work. The curtains were tattered like they had been there for years. There as a small table in the room with the cover of the drawer falling off. The sheets were clean but stained. The pillows were extremely flat. The sink was the size of an airplane sink where there was a shelf above it so I had to lean over under the shelf to brush my teeth, the bed was a tad hard which did not make for a restful night sleep, the room was tiny with stains on the carpet. Overall, you could see the wear and tear from years of people staying in the room. There was no nightstand. Now for the pros - there was a small fan in the room to give some sort of white noise and air circulation, the toilet worked, the door locked giving me a sense of security, there was an extra heater in the room albeit I stay in the spring so I didn't need it. The light above the bed was nice and provided some mood lighting. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again, especially for the price I paid. It would have been worth it for 1/2 the price I paid.

Our room was on the first floor aka the basement, it smell very mold, we both had to take an antihistamine. Walls were not finished well, shower didn't seem inviting and we also had the fire alarm go off just before we left.

Good location, in the centre of Richmond. Helpful staff, room clean and tidy. No where to sit and relax in reception area. We stayed in a compact double area. Plaster peeling off in the corner of the room and in the shower room. A few cracks in the tiles in the shower cubicle. Shower room far too small. You can hardly move in there

We had stayed at the same hotel approximately 6 months ago. There were issues then which were conveyed to the management. The horrible noise that follows a toilet flush is still there.Most importantly the windows would not shut as the handle was broken and we had to put up with traffic noise no sleep. We were promised 50% credit on the room price which still has not been delivered. Furthermore, the heat in the room was not working and the taps were not rigidly fixed. We were moved to another room the second night which was reasonably better

Room was neglected, bathroom cupboard wouldn’t open, trim missing and mould around the shower… Also the room had a porch which was very strange and changed the feel of the room.

The three person room was awful. It smelt damp and musty. Not pleasant at all. The curtains were shredded. The windows don’t have all handles on, so don’t close properly - awful as there’s a lot of traffic outside and busy flight paths overhead from 5am, so not good if you enjoy a lie in. Then there are the small touches. The toilet seat is cracked (no pun intended), the lamp shades are detached from the lamps. It was just grubby and lacks any care. The staff were very good and helped me move to another room, sadly away from my children as they didn’t have any other three person rooms. Not good for a family break. The pluses were the staff and the parking is free - but be wary of being blocked in. Overall a really poor experience and not recommended in the slightest.

Was allocated their cheapest room but booked their most expensive. Fully booked so had no choice to stay in tiny room. Bed was tiny for two and ridiculously hard. Bathroom was very unclean and showed a distinct lack of care. Requested compensation but only received difference in price between room types.

Good stay. All very polite. Bus stops not far away.
