It was clean. Towels and toiletries are available upon request. There is no elevator. There is no restaurant inside, but nearby restaurants are available. Accessible to many city tourist places. Accessible to a lot of shops. Friendly front desk assistants. Cheap price, but if given the chance to go back to Davao, I'll look for a different hotel to stay. The management should invest to slowly renovate the place because it has a great location.
