Room for improvement: - check in: it is supposed to have someone at 9am in the hotel to do the check in but no one answered the phone before 10am. - the room was available before 3pm, but they asked MYR25 to do an early check in. - the window in the room 304 does not close properly, I called the staff to escalate my concern. I can hear the phone ringing behind the door but my call was declined. So I needed to call the manager who was not on site to reach the staff who was behind the door room 101. - Staff no pleasant: no smile. - all rooms are oriented to the main road, noisy. - no answering to the phone calls. I can hear the phone ringing behind the door. -could not get in the room as the door was locked by the staff after being cleaned. - in room 303, limited power of water. No hot water in the evening. Good thing: - room clean. - big room. - good wifi. - good to have restaurants open 24/24h near by. - change the room as not able to fix the window in room 304. - good location in the North of the city center: 10 min walk to reach the tube, 30 min of the heart the city.- refund of myr 100 the same day after check out.
