Pelayananannya sangat jelek sekali.

Kamar ga siap, 😭 ketika c/i harus menunggu 30 menit, tv tidak ada signal, tidak ada sabun mandi, kamar bau.

Pelayanan buruk, kamar bau, kotor, kamar sempit.

Kotor banget apalagi asbak nya dan i think ini tuh full day ternyata cuma 4 jam, dan banyak juga yang gatau kalo ini tuh 4 jam, kalo bisa sih gausah ada cek in dan cek out yang seakan full day, stres banget.

This isn't the right place for you to rest or even transit for 3 or 4 hours. I can tell that they don't clean the bed, linens, and blanket. The floor isn't mopped. I still find empty bottle of beer and dirty towel (used towel) inside the drawer and in the cupboard. Adding to it, the smell of the room is awful, I bet there was people doing activity in the room and they get sweaty. My stay there only last for 15minutes, I can't continue to stay for another hour cause I can't stand everything there. I leave the room and find another hotel to stay that night.

Fasilitas jelek, aksesnya juga sulit.

Tau ga sih kamar jorok, habis dipake orang lain tapi ga dibersihin, jangan pernah deh nginep di sini atau ga kalian nyesel, untuk manajemen hotel ya tolong diperbaiki fasilitas dan kenyamanan pengguna hotel

Kamar tidur kecil, seprai dan sarung bantal kotor, WC kecil dan kotor, lemari pakaian kotor berdebu. Hati² dengan harga"transit 4 atau 8 jam", ternyata harga tertera bukan full day tapi 4 atau 8 jam saja, setelahnya harus cek out. Ternyata sudah banyak yang konplin tentang hal ini.

Security in the lobby doesn't know this hotel. After 1 hour Walking around the complex building, finally find this hotel, buat the person incharge/reception did not wearing uniform. Then I just see the room, then c. O. Not stay & prefer find out another hotel in this building.
