Property was nice but they forgot to pick us up from the airport which was pre arranged. Asked for a cake for my wife's 60th they didnt bother. Staff are very young and not experienced with only 1 being able to speak English. Asked to speak to a manager on arrival but was never available also Expedia tried to contact the hotel about issues and they didn't answer. Many inconsistencies when ordering breakfast order same breakfast but would not be the same items missing from breakfast. Hotel accommodation and cleanliness was good but just other items lets it down although it was still an enjoyable holiday country is amazing and we would return.
