Stay was great overall 4. 5 out of 5. Only negative Chairs n loungers covered in bird waste which could have been cleaned. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind.

This place was so first class lovely and the staff was amazing. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. They give you a pass to go to the Mayan Palace, which is only 2 miles away (check in with the guard - the road isn't closed, you just have to give your name and let them know where you're going). The Mayan has several places to eat and amazing pools.

Great views, very good condo in a nice, quiet location. I hesitated to book here because it’s far from the main town but it turned out to be excellent Quiet and peaceful. Full use of the Mayan Palace facilities as added bonus. Kivoya staff very helpful. Definitely stay here
