The accommodation was a little far from Kingston Downtown, It was great in every way. Breakfast was really delicious. The accommodation was clean and tidy. It was good to park in front of and behind the hotel. It was easy to find a hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. However, if there's anything to be desired, it would be nice if the hotel had slippers. There's a little noise between floors. The sound of walking upstairs is pounding.

Nice clean and big rooms. My only complaint is the whole building was made of wood. We could hear everyone walking in the room above us. Or as we walked through our room it was sqeeking. I’ve never been in. A hotel where I can hear myself walk

The room near Domino was noisy with loud music. The staff was helpful to switch my room to another one in the other side.

Very loud banging and screaming from room above. About 11 pm I called the front desk and suggested based on the screaming and banging that they call police. He said he would deal with it. Thirty minutes later staff knocked on my door to let me know he had “handled it”. Noise continued for another hour and started again in the morning. About 7am water started raining down in the bathroom from the upstairs bathroom. I assume whoever was making the noise also flooded their bathroom; it stopped after about an hour when they turned off their shower. Also the floors are extremely creaky so you can here quite clearly when people are walking around

It was fine. Clean. Not overly friendly front desk staff. King size bed had a bit of a trough on one side. On our second night we pulled into the lot in complete darkness at 7:30 pm, literally no lights on the building, signage or parking lot. If we didn’t use maps, we would have never seen the place. We had to park in the back lot which was also in darkness, then suddenly the lot lights came on. I thought it was maybe motion sensor… turns out the guy at the desk just hadn’t turned on the lights. Nothing terrible, but I wouldn’t book again

Welcoming staff, spacious and clean room, super comfy beds, great breakfast and a happy stay overall. We were in Kingston with my daughter‘s volleyball team - all the girls enjoyed their stay.

Staff were courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and generally clean except for corners in the bathroom (hair and dust in corner by tub). A silverfish in the bathroom. A very ugly painting in the bathroom. A vent was in the ceiling but no fan switch. The showerhead was great but every movement in the tub sounded like the tub base would break. No insulation between ceiling and next level ... very noisy. Bed very comfortable. Wardrobe furniture would be nice. Coat rack very institutional.
