매우 청결하고 편안한 숙소였습니다. 15인치 노트북이 보관이 가능한 금고와 객실내 냉장고/전자레인지가 편의성 향상에 매우 도움이 되었다고 생각합니다. 객실간의 방음이 완벽하지는 않았지만, 그 외 모든 부분이 만족스러웠습니다. Front Desk의 직원은 매우 친절했으며 요청사항을 유연하게 해결해주었습니다.

Wonderful place to stay! Friendly and courteous staff, room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Love staying at Glo Hotels. Check in is always friendly. While I was checking in a couple walked in & the host at the desk greeted them with, “How was your day”. They were long staying. I was just passing through. Thought that was nice. She was also very friendly & helpful. Glo is always my go to.

It was great only issue was when i went out someone reeked of Marijuana.

Clean. Loved the room. Nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower. No tub. Nice breakfast. Power went out morning we checked out. May have been an area outage. Had to use stairs to take luggage down and check out. Elevators and AC were out. No lights in the room. Could use adequate alternate power source. We will stay again. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

The bed linen was sour

Power went out at about midnight, off till 7am. Not the fault of the hotel, but they said we would be contacted by the manager and that never happened. Uncomfortable night.

Room smelled like mold and urine

Dirty. Poorly maintained. One working elevator that is VERY slow, causing long waits to get on and off. AC that barely cooled the room. Won't be back.

OVERALL AMAZING !!

The hotel was very centrally located and overall very nice. The elevators were not working. When we checked in for our 2 night stay we were told that they would be fixed within the hour. When we checked out they were still not fixed. We were on the top floor. In looking at other reviews during our stay, I saw that they had a similar issue a couple of months ago with the elevators. If it had not been for the elevator issue (and feeling like they were not honest about the issue at checkin), I would have rated the hotel higher.

The property is not well kept. Our AC unit squeaked non stop and the elevators did not work. There were vehicles parked in the handicapped spots without clear handicapped placards which meant we had to park elsewhere.

The stay was good but the breakfast was bad. Glo can instead charge customers for breakfast and provide fresh food.

I would've given it 5 stars, but the elevator was broke and it wasn't discovered until me and 3 others got stuck and had to call for help. The staff did respond immediately. Otherwise great stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good the Room Conditions

Right off I95 with lots of great restaurants close by.

Hotel lost electricity-no ac, no lights, no phone, no elevator. Front desk said they would be offering some type of compensation but after a week I called and the hotel manager said they weren’t offering anything. I’m looking for a refund or any type of compensation
