전체 평가 및 리뷰 Apollo Panorama Guesthouse

그레이트오션로드 여행중에 2박을 묵었습니다. 화장실이 딸려있는 더블룸이었습니다. 방은 기대보다 좋았고, 특히 방에서 보이는 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다. 두가지 아쉬운점이 있었는데 방에 전면유리창 쪽으로 사람이 왔다갔다하는 통로여서 약간의 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다. 특히 블라인드로 되어있어서 각도에따라서 방안이 보입니다. 또 요리를 할수 있는 주방과 조리도구가 갖추어 있어서 저녁을 해먹을수 있으나 인덕션이 한군데여서 조금 번잡할수 있습니다. 그러나 저희는 가격대비 너무 만족하고 왔습니다.

This is an unstaffed house with upto 20 or more staying. Not what I thought we were booking at all. No check in information given. We were left to find the property which doesn't appear on google maps in the dark when we arrived no one was there. The phone number on the door was disconnected and when I rang the number on the booking site it Rang out three times before someone answered. She couldn't find our booking to begin with but then said she would send us check in information which was just a photo of the house with an arrow pointing to a door. We opened that door to find a room that has been packed in with furniture. A lounge and two double beds all pushed up against each other. It was filthy, linen stained, mould in bathroom. I thought we were paying a bit more for something a bit nicer and private might as well have stayed at the back packers

We didn't get the room we paid for. In the ad, the bathroom had a tub. After checking in , everything was different. Also, we sent an email regarding our late check in and no one responded to it. Very poor customer service. The room was entirely different from what was shown in the ad.

This is a great location. 2 minutes from town Kangaroo just outside the balcony. Unfortunately the cleanliness is less than desirable. Mounds of dust and garbage under the beds. A pile of bird fecies on the balcony. Sad as its base set up is ideal, just needs a thorough cleaning. Sent these photos below to Management. Response - "well thats why we are cheaper than others"

Door to common area broken, and could not be locked. No key provided to external door. Old pizza box with food still inside left in drawer. No glasses or cups provided, making hygienic use of water from bathroom impossible. No tea, coffee or milk provided. Television in room not connected to any signal, so not working. Spa room for 4, but only enough hot water for one fill of spa, and no hot water following morning. Initial booking for 3 adults initially accepted, but later advised that room fitted only 2 adults, and replacement room required $100 upgrade.

There could be some wine or alcohol in a freezer in room paid of course and no food in kitchen otherwise it was great

Booked a room for two adults and a 6yo child. On arrival the room only had one bed, two pillows and two towels. Called the owner to get a roll away bed and was told that’s all they had! Room had broken bed side tables. Dirty sock in bathroom. Dripping taps with jugs collecting the drips. Just lacked maintenance, pity because it has a really great view.

The views were lovely however we feel it was overpriced as we we had no kitchen facilities, no toiletries, no hand towels, no floor mat.

The view was amazing. Sunrise, kangeroos, night view, all exceptional.

The view, surroundings , serenity, easy access to and from property to Apollo Bay , Management where very helpful throughout our stay.

NA I was unable to get there. I met with the managet a week before about it.

Amazing views of the ocean. Quiet and peaceful location. Clean and tidy property with good facilities for self catering. Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money..

I liked waking up to the beautiful views over the fields to the ocean. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and accommodating, fantastic view .

The views are excellent, the hosts were great. There is common lounge and kitchen. The main things that I didn’t like was that there is a small sign for this property which is easy to miss, we wasted about an hour trying to find this place. Secondly whilst there is a room it is not isolated completely, noise wise, from the common living area. All of this means that the price that I actually paid was around 50% higher for this type of accomodation. I visit the coast 4-5 times a year and have stayed in various hotel/motel/inn/B&B etc. - for what this property offers it is way overpriced.

Great room with a great view. Service was great especially when we couldn’t find the accomodation, they came all the way back to help us. Snacks were also provided !!

It is overprice $489 per night.. The amenities and facilities are really old. The room for 3 people is only 5sq meters. The guests have to share the bathroom. The owner is discriminated at Chinese tourist. They refuse to assign sea view room to Chinese even though we pay same rate. NOT recommend! Rip off!
