We are regulars at this hotel. Easy access to UT Law school and St. David’s Hospital.Colleen’s restaurant across the street is very good.

Very convenient location! The room service was daily and excellent, which is rare these days.

Restaurant was good old basic comfort food. Ramisch was a super server who went the extra mile.

We were in town for a concert and it was a great location for all the things we wanted to do. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful.

very nice place and area. bed very comfortable and room was stylish. two things, my VIP status was not recognized and the warm water in shower took ages to come, and wasn't really hot (apparently known)

Absolutely amazing stay! Heather was awesome while checking me in. The room was nice and super clean. Loved everything about this stay. I only wish the gym was open. It was closed for renovations.

I like the location. It is next to the Muller Park and green belt trails. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were warm and always ready to help. Bike rental is free.

I didn't like that you gave me a bottle of wine, and I couldn't pick it up, because my check-in time was 4 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 4 p.m.

Hotel is nice, clean, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent. Two main complains: the noise coming from the electric room is unbearable, it ruined our night and we never received the free sparkling wine promised during booking.

I liked the location

Nice neighborhood. Not pet friendly like stated on website. Was informed dog couldn’t be left unaccompanied in the room. This is not on the website before booking. Felt like I was being watched everytime I left my room. Unfortunately dogs can’t be taken everywhere so it is not unreasonable to leave them in the room. I would understand implementing this policy if the dog was found to be unruly and made a lot of noise but felt it’s not something that should be applied to everyone without cause. In regards to everything else, about average with other three star hotels.
