Updated, clean, very comfy beds and different pillow options, hot breakfast is a plus. Indoor pool was too cold to swim in.

Very nice stay.

Good expirience. I would reccommend them to replace the mini fridge to a less noisy one. I had to unplug it in order to sleep.

Nice new place, zero complaints.

I booked this hotel because they have a pool, but the heater was not working and the water was so cold that nobody could comfortably use it. The shower in our room broke twice during our stay so we ended up taking 'sponge baths'. Breakfast was OK. Room could be more clean. Staff were helpful, but this hotel had too many problems to overlook.

Very nice place to stay! Quiet & clean. Front staff was very friendly & had recommendations for where to eat in the area. Nice hot breakfast. Would stay again if in the area.

This property is about 35 minutes from Pinnacles National Park, our main reason for staying here. The hotel looks newly renovated and the room is clean, with a comfortable bed. We found a few dining options right in downtown Hollister; we really enjoyed Cosmos Bar and Grill! Also appreciate the free breakfast buffet at the hotel and the complimentary 24 hour coffee:tea station.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I would never stay here again. We were in town for a wedding and requested to check in just one hour early, as the ceremony started at 4 p.m. and we wouldn’t return until after midnight. Despite explaining the situation, the front desk told us they couldn’t accommodate the early check-in. My husband and I ended up changing in the public restroom. To make matters worse, I sat in the lobby and watched several other guests check in early and be given rooms, which was incredibly frustrating. When we finally checked in after midnight, no one explained how the “eco-friendly” lights and TV worked. We thought they were broken and gave up trying to figure it out. We went straight to sleep and checked out first thing in the morning. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistency in service, and poor guest experience made this a regrettable stay.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast options were better than other comparable hotels. One of the closest hotels to Pinnacles National Park where we spent a day.
