청결하고 깨끗하고 예쁘고 룸 뷰도 좋아요 물읗 안채워주시는게 불편했고 5박동안의 조식이 매일 빵한개과 커피, 바나나였습니다. 데스티네이션피를 사용하는것도 황당하였습니다. 그외에는 헬스장, 루프탑, 로비, 룸 인테리어, 침구류 너무 좋았습니다.

I dont recommend here for family tour. Too small room compare to cost. And no facility inside the room. I know it is in the downtown but too loud and uncompotable route for every thing. I need to carry all stuff from publi parking lot due to there is no parking lot in the building except vallet.

Nice staff, clean room, a good size shower and a good amount of cuisine to choose from.

Our room was dusty. Sheets were not changed. Shower gel was empty for our entire stay. The vibe of hotel was fine. Needs more attention with housekeeping.

Clean room excellent staff

The door was left propped open after housekeeping each day, so it was accessible to anyone the majority of the time I was there. As a single woman, it was scary walking into a dark open room every night. There was no fridge or microwave or closet or table space. The conditioner pump was broken and inaccessible. They promoted 8 restaurants but they are open weekends only and I was there 4 weekdays. I booked this hotel for that reason only, as it was raining our whole trip and I didn’t want to leave the hotel for dinner.

My stay at the Moxy was extremely disappointing and far from worth the price. The room was shockingly small with very few amenities, making it feel overpriced and underwhelming from the start. The food options were mediocre at best and did nothing to make up for the lack of comfort. The valet service was especially frustrating. On one occasion, I had to wait 40 minutes for my car because the front desk representative forgot to give the valet my keys. This delay caused me to return my rental late, costing me extra money and nearly making me miss my flight. Completely unacceptable. Housekeeping cleaned the room but failed to restock basic items like body wash and other amenities. Thankfully, I had brought my own soap. To make matters worse, one of the exterior window panes was completely shattered. Not only did it partially ruin the view, but it also made me uneasy throughout my entire stay. Overall, this was a terrible and overpriced experience, and I would not recommend staying here

Everything was great! Room was clean and exceeded expectations with view. Staff was super attentive with providing free water when my husband and I were wondering around looking where to purchase water. The valet was great and super convenient. Would definitely stay again.
