The beds were dirty ,towels stained and bathtub was moldy will not stay here again

Untrustworthy.

Skip this place if you have kids. Rooms were below average in cleanliness. Bugs were present, linens were dirty and stained. Its ideal if your a contractor in town, not if your traveling with family. We asked for a refund and were thankfully granted one. We do appreciate that. Having worked in Hospitality for years, this place definitely needs some TLC or an investor. Ideal location, just lacking in the areas that invite customers to return.

Helpful staff, always available for any questions answered, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Excellent location for being on foot and parking is super easy to accommodat! In walking distance to a small shopping area, with Papa John's, Lowes grocery store w/ Tesla charging stations, a really large/nice/newer Dollar Tree, a car wash, a Dunkin', Hemp/CBD smoke shops, & local restaurants w/ choices of various, World traditional foods, much to choose from, from what you desire during your Morehead City, NC visit/stay/out-on-tha-town accomodations, ect,.

Staff is friendly and helpful!

We had a terrible experience in this Hotel from the beginning. 25 minutes waiting in the Street with very cold weather to open the lobby. In 3 Days that we where there, any cleaning, did't change towels, sheets. In the very poor Breakfast, The woman in charge, was very rude and disgusting and took away the food just 1 minute after 9:00 that they close the Breakfast and we arrived before at 8:50 but 1 person was serving his food and we where waiting until he finished and that was at 9:01 so the Woman came and took away the food just in front of my nose saying it's close, you can't eat nothing else after 9:00........... She was very disgusting with us the 3 days that we where in this Hotel, that's why we change of Hotel. People like that shouldn't work in a Hotel.

The woman in charge, that was in the lobby when's we arrived, was all the time very unfriendly, we had to wait until she wanted to open the doors of the lobby like 20 minutes and was very cold outside. In the Breakfast she took our food away just 1 minute after 9:00 when they closed and we arrived at the restaurant at 8:50 before closing time and she abruptly and rudely told us that it was already closed and that she would not give us the food. There was another guest in front of us and we had to wait a few minutes for him to finish serving himself and that is why we were 1 minute past 9:00. And the other day that we were there, she also did not give us water from the machine. In 3 days that we were there, they did not even change our towels or sheets nor did they come in to clean. We were very poorly attended to and that is why WE CHANGED hotels. That lady is very unpleasant.

Nobody was on the lobby. And we had to call and wait for 15 minutes until someone came to give us the room.

The property seems somewhat neglected.

Clean place and breakfast was decent!

Needs a little maintenance.

Enjoyed the quiet and rested well while visiting.

Definitely checked all the boxes for me. I was on a solo fishing trip. I will be back. Only weird thing was I heard people talking, and looked out the window to find 3 police cars in the parking lot. Not sure what that was all about.

Convenient to beaches and restaurants.

Nice and friendly staff at check in room was clean .. it was quite.

Towels were old and scratchy.

Good place to stay with a dog

This is a very sketchy hotel .The room itself is extremely outdated, and dirty. Questionable stains on the furniture and bed linen. Towels were very rough, almost like sandpaper. Water spots on the mirrors, and the best part was someone else's hairs on the pillow. Breakfast is limited to just waffles. Pay the extra and stay elsewhere. We left a day early, the room was non-refundable.
