Muy bonito el hotel y excelente ubicación! El único pero, es que las habitaciones están en un segundo piso y no tiene ascensor para subir las maletas, de resto muy bueno.

The room was ok, smaller that what it said but it was right next to the entrance and everyone was smashing the door all the time thats crazy and it was very loud at any time during day or night. Other than that it was ok.

Alloggio nuovissimo in tutte le finiture, moderno e attrezzato con una cucina essenziale ma con tutto il necessario. Moltissime opzioni di illuminazione, un divanetto comodo e un tavolino per cenare o fare un piccolo spuntino. Lo metterei tra i migliori alloggi di sempre per quanto mi riguarda.

Convenient location, close to everything. Good size apartment with all basics, great distribution and modern decor. Self Check-in and out process is automated and simple to use. Highly recommeded for a short or long stay in Madrid.

All very clean. Lots of shops/bars/restuarants nearby. Quiet room. Spacious. Did have to look up how to use hob. Would recommend.

limpio, personal amable, cómodo

Bon emplacement dans la ville mais appartement très petit. Nous avons eu l’appartement le moins éclairé de tout l’étage ( une fenêtre donnant sur un mur). Communication difficile lors de l’arrivée: les instructions ne nous avaient pas été transmises, résultat: stress à l’arrivée pour rejoindre quelqu’un, faire le Check-in en ligne et obtenir le code d’accès. Autrement, le séjour s’est bien passé, super quartier tranquille et plein de services à proximité + métro et bus. Murs de l’appartement très mal insonorisés.

The location was good with lots of shops nearby but the apartment was a lot smaller than expected. However it was very clean and modern.

The apartment itself was fine: clean, well located, good bathroom, bed, kitchenette. I had 2 issues that would keep me from going back. First, communication was terrible. You deal with an AI bot, and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get a human. When I finally did get a human, they gave me basically the same response. Since I didn’t see the response when it came in, my follow up questions went unanswered, and I had to start all over with AI. I ended up spending way too much of my vacation time on this. Secondly, there is NO ELEVATOR and there are approx 20 steps up with no handrail. It was difficult for a 71-year-old with luggage. Apartments 1,2 and3 are on the first floor. All the others are upstairs. NOTE: Numa requires a photo of your passport to be sent electronically before checkin, which I am not comfortable with. Every other stay I booked over a month in Spain 🇪🇸 needed only a passport number and expiration by email, or presentation of a passport at checkin. Numa would not permit either of these options.

Me gusta mucho hospedarme en Numa Goya. La ubicación es estupenda para quedarse en Madrid.

Buena ubicación, departamento bastante pequeño. Hubo error en el envío del email para el check in virtual. Demóranos un par de horas en poder acceder al departamento. Afortunadamente alguien contestó luego de varios intentos y nos ayudó a ingresar. La propiedad de esta bastante bien, todo limpio y nuevo, aunque de espacio limitado.
