It turned out that it wasn't official from Taman Melati Apartment, but instead used an agency from Travelio, which had to make an appointment with the agent on arrival. Travelio 's application performance is also very bad. I can't log into the app which keeps asking me to update the version. It 's an experience to be learned from my mistake.
