The room was nice and clean it smells so good like detergent Their staff members are very friendly especially one of them, Remi, he helped me carrying my suitcase all the way to the room i def recommend this hotel!

This hotel is near a tourist attraction and is very comfortable with transportation and even very clean with a simple breakfast. And they are very kind.

Very, very clean and comfortable place. Staffs were very freindly and responsive. Location is great (a minute from the Barry-UQUAM) station which is a large interchange station, but the area is not a perfect place for a family (many homeless people and litter everywhere on the street) - but the very street hotel located was quiet and okay. Breakfast was definitely a plus. For the room which I stayed (205) it should've be great if they had a clothing rack. And since it seemed that a single thermostat controls the HVAC, the room was little cold (it was like -10 degree C outside), but the staffs brought me a mini air heater which did its job. If your a person preferred warmer temperature, then choose a room close to the thermostat.

From the start of my trip they were truly Amazing , this was my first time in Montreal or even leaving the states and they made me feel like home … i will be booking again !

Very dirty place. My bed had a bunch of long hair. In the dresser someone left their socks no one bothered to remove. Shower drain was clogged I had to stand in a pool of gross water. Big cracks under the door you will hear everything all night as people walking by, slamming doors… room has no air conditioning therefore it was very hot. The manager of the hotel was very nice but managing cleanliness is a huge flaw.

Room is on the smaller side. Minimal asseories in the room eg.no tea/coffee.

I love this place. It's very streamlined and simple but has all the amenities you need. And the price is fantastic. Jist a 2 minute walk from the Berri UQAM metro hub. They must have done a recent overhaul. It's an old building, but the rooms are modern and very clean.

This was my first time in Montreal and I absolutely loved it. I got to the hotel early after a very long bus ride and the kind gentleman behind the desk was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond! The room was nice, the pillows and comforter were so comfy, and there was a fridge and smart tv with Netflix and YouTube. You can get wonderfully made coffee downstairs in the lobby and there is a corner store right next door. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and there’s grocery store and metro nearby. I don’t usually leave reviews for hotels but the service and value of this hotel are too good not to. Can’t wait to come back in June! :) thank you again!
