Lovely property. Great staff and lovely room. Restaurants were shut while we were there due to a wedding which was disappointing ....

Fantastisk hotel - god beliggenhed og service. Maden i restauranten er god - særligt morgenmaden, men også til en middag og aftenen. Rummene er måske lidt små, men udsigten er så fin...

The minute we arrived at Immerse, it was time to relax. A warm greeting at the door and a welcome drink while we waited for a completely hassle free check-in (we were early and that was no problem for them). Room was large with stunning views of the coast. Amenities in the room were excellent including water bottle and evening 'treat' delivered as part of turn down. We ate in the restaurant the first night. The service was a little challenged - I think some inexperience / new team. We did not appreciate an attempt to upsell wine (ordered circa 40 euros and bottle suggested 195 euros) Food was very good - one starter between us as order not recorded correctly. Well presented food and the view from the restaurant over the countryside and to the sea was amazing. Ate out of the hotel after that but at some amazing local restaurants - thanks to recommendations from the team at the hotel. Pool too cold to swim - very small and not really designed for any serious exercise. Great gym facilities and spa. A few little issues but overall a very nice and relaxing stay and would definitely consider a return visit.

The staff were fantastic and made a good stay into a great stay. Shame about the building works next door but that was only an issue for a few hours each day.

Stunning property, excellent breakfast and great service!

WOW!! It was very hard to leave this gorgeous property and the unparalleled view!! Hotel is perfect, new, clean, tasteful and modern! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Spa is relaxing. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful!! Sliding glass door opens up to private patios. Perfect indoor/outdoor space. Meals are prepared with care and attention to detail. Hotel pool is gorgeous. Location is just far enough away from Ericeira and Mafra to feel peaceful and relaxing but close enough to go out to eat and explore. Can’t wait to come back!!

Un hôtel récent avec un personnel adorable et des petits-déjeuners au top. Malheureusement des chambres plutôt petites et globalement mal orientées, une finition qui mériterait de pousser davantage les détails et qui risquent de vieillir vite. Un nombre de places de parking insuffisant, des salles de douches pas bien conçues ( fuites substantielles sur les deux douches essayées) En résumé un rapport qualité-prix pas au niveau et d'autant plus au regard de la localisation. Mettons cela sur le compte de la jeunesse de l'établissement.

A very beautiful hotel and the accommodations were excellent. The stafff was unbelievable .

Wonderful service, ambience, aesthetic, and food and drink. Superb breakfast and views from pool. Room was disappointing as supposed to have a “Nature” garden view but looked instead on a car park! Area around not as rural as expected and beach further away than we thought. Still a great hotel and getaway experience. Highly commend the helpful, knowledgeable and prompt staff.

Nice hotel, where especially the food and the pool area stands out.

The Hotel is to expensive for what they offer. Only small pool at the Sundeck. Service front desk good. For breakfast and dinner sometimes not enough stuff and chaos. The rooms a nice with a good view.

Zeer mooie ligging. Ik had eerder een adults only stijl verwacht voor dit hotel. Het straalt rust en ‘zen’ uit Het was dan nogal storend dat bij oorbeeld reeds bij het ontbijt er een gezin met luide rondlopende kinderen zeer storend overal rondliepen, we waren duidelijk niet de enigen die dit vervelend vonden. Niemand van het personeel vroeg om de rust wat te bewaren. Spijtig. Anders zou de ervaring heel wat beter geweest zijn. En helaas een tweede minpuntje. De barman was nogal arrogant aan het zwembad. Hij wijgerde bijna een aperol te maken. En de aperol die hij maakte, met oude schuimwijn en plat spuitwater… weinig spritz… er zijn werkpuntjes… zeker voor de prijs.
