가격대비 괜찮은 모텔이에요 아주 친절하지는 않아요 조식에 대한 안내도 없어서 물어보지 않았으면 못먹을뻔 했어요

A staff in the hotel was not friendly or hard to communicate. There was a bug in the room and room condition was too old.

Nombre de places de parkings un peu limité, sinon établissement bien entretenu, personnels agréables. Bien situé en dehors de Bilbao, à 10 minutes en voiture du métro. Je recommande.

Ensemble correct, avec jolie chambre et bonne literie. Personne à l'accueil disponible. Mais sanitaires très bruyants au sein de la chambre, et même d'une chambre à l'autre. La salle du petit déjeuner est sans vue sur l'extérieur.

Clean but old and uncorfotable beds. It is clear the rooms need some upgrades. I would only recommended in emergency cases. Breakfast not worthy for its price.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y era amplia para las tres personas que nos alojamos. Nuestro principal problema fue la poca insonorización. Había anoche un equipo de fútbol adulto en nuestro pasillo que estuvo molestando constantemente (dando portazos, aporreando nuestra puerta en una ocasión, risas y hablando alto en la habitación de al lado…Fatal). El hotel no hace nada puesto que no están pendientes del comportamiento de los huéspedes, con lo que si hay clientes armando escándalo, se oye todo en las habitaciones. Le desayuno no merece la pena. Es muy pobre y de poca calidad… La persona que estaba en el desayuno hoy, muy amable y servicial.

I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it was stuff one of the long pillows between the light and the bathroom door but even then I still had to lie in a certain position to avoid the beam. Unfortunately, even though the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful I would never stay there again.

When booking room was told that the room would have a balcony and fridge plus 2 beds. Didn’t get any of this just a plain room on ground floor. When asked the receptionist they said no rooms have balcony at the hotel?

Very professional and helpful service! Clean and convenient areas. Though a little far from both airport and the city center if you want to stay close to either. But in total I had a good experience!

Internet fine. No food available. Cash only vending machine.

It has been a great pleasure to stay at Sondika Hotel. Rooms with plenty space and great service. Breakfast was okay but simple. If you are coming to Bilbao have in mind that you have to wait 30 minutes in between to take the bus to get you from the hotel to bilbao center.

Isolation vraiment à revoir.. pas d’isolation entre les autres chambres, nous entendions les voisins jusqu’à 1h30 du matin c’est vraiment agaçant !!!

Matelas trop dure et froid toute la nuit car pas de couette, un simple drap et une couverture des années 90...

Staff very courteous

We paid for three breakfast but we had to leave ealier than planned due to our flight been cancelled and reboked. Breakfast buffet was ready but staff did not allow us to eat on site or to take fruit and bread with us because breakfast was not yet officially open. We lost our three breakfast buffet even when the buffet was ready before we left to the airport.

Gave me a room which was not on the description at all. I had to wait a up to 1.5 hours to check in and gave some random room with 4 bunkbeds which it not what I requested.

Yksi yö ja aikainen lähtö lentokentälle, jonne hotellilta oli yllättävän pitkä ja kallis matka taksilla vaikka hotelli oli lentokentän vieressä, tosin toisella puolella kuin terminaali. Aamiaista en ehtinyt syödä aikaisen lähdön takia. Yöllä hotellissa oli levotonta ja nukkuminen hankalaa.

Todo muy correcto. Parking gratuito exterior en el hotel, precio correcto, muy amables, cama cómoda y habitación reformada que era muchísimo mejor que en las fotos. Todo recomendable. Volveremos siempre que tengamos que ir al aeropuerto. A 9 minutos del aeropuerto.
