The staff are excellent. Bernie greeted when we arrived from the ferry terminal at 1 am with a smile. We were taken to the airport after our stay. The hotel is not modern or hi tech but has everything you need and a free basic breakfast. Great value too.

It offered great value for the price, and we had a peaceful, trouble-free stay. The staff was very accommodating. We certainly plan to come back.

The heater didn't heat well which made the room cold and damp. The staff leaves after 8pm and is unable to assist. Also the beach advertised is a 20 minute walk on a path described by the front desk as frequented by bears. He went as far as to say I would tell my parent's hell no it's to unsafe.

Hotel was very accommodating and friendly upon my late check-in. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

An unexpected collection of amenities deep in the forest! Kind and helpful staff, clean and well-appointed rooms, comfy beds, great kitchen and a great selection of bevvies in the liquor store. Thank you; we’d come back for sure!

Helpful staff, a room that was good for 2 nights and the free breakfast was both good and appreciated.

Bernie the manager was so attentive and helpful. Everything was clean and taken care of. Close to airport and wonderful Storey Beach.

The room was great, large with a medium sized fridge, hot plate. Pet friendly, free EV charging. The gentleman at the front desk did not feel we should be checking in with our large breed dog. He made comments that made us believe that our dog was not welcome at this pet friendly hotel due to her size. There were no stipulations on the website regarding size of dog that would be considered appropriate. He then went on to make comments about our exemplary membership with Expedia that he did not believe to be true with “a dog like that”! Our dog does not go on the furniture, she has never had an accident in a hotel room and she does not bark when in the hotel! She is well behaved and we never leave her alone unattended in the room!

The internet was a bit weak at the back part of the hotel, but the customer service was incredible -- we would happily stay there again and just ask for a room closer to the internet! Great hotel, the staff really make it a pleasant experience.

It was pretty good, wished breakfast started earlier than 8 but otherwise it was good.

We arrived very late from the ferry and they stayed open for us and were very kind and helpful at the front desk making us feel welcome. We were asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows.

While a little outside of town the inn was great and Bernie was fabulous. Took a second to figure out the TV but water pressure and temperature for showers was great. Tandoori Junction had fabulous food.

You can tell for an older hotel all the work that is being performed. Bernie would do anything to ensure our stay was satisfactory. Thank you for the hospitality.
