Overall we had an amazing stay, however, if a regular warm or hot shower is important to you, you may not want to stay at this property. We stayed 5 nights and only had hot water on two days. We know that other guests had the same issue. Mentioned it to staff who said it was due to water pressure and had been addressed which didn’t seem to be the case. Very disappointing and frustrating, especially for the price. Other than that the location is great, breakfast is enjoyable and for the most part the staff was very accommodating.

Wonderful location, quarters and staff.

Stayed over on a Saturday night, room was at the front of the property so it was extremely noisy! Air conditioning unit also came making lots of noise. So sleep was not great.

This hotel is perfectly located in the City Center. I had a great experience thanks to the polite and accommodating staff. The rooms were spotless, and I would rate the overall service a perfect 10/10. However, if you enjoy a hearty breakfast, this may not be the right hotel for you. While breakfast is included, it is quite basic. On the plus side, there are free snacks available all day.

The hotel is OK, but we had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, that disrupted our sleep. We did not get any communication or apologies about it.

This is a lovely Aparthotel in a great location in Cambridge. Only downside is the noise from the road. I advise guests to bring earplugs or even better, supplied by the hotel. Some noise also from banging doors in the corridor. A coffeemaker is provided in the room, but only with 2 capsules and no fresh milk available.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff every helpful and room spotless.

Really good room, well equipped, close to town and railway station. Provided good breakfast.

Breakfast was limited continental Walls were thin, noisy neighbors upstairs meant that the sleep was often interrupted

Great spot and rooms and well kept. We could hear people walking above our room and the carpet is not conducive for luggage. Staff are incredibly friwndly and helpful.

I've stayed at the Regent before and like it for it's friendly staff and creature comforts. A bit more expensive but way better than any budget hotel! A bath tub would make this a 5!

Location nel centro della città, si arriva ovunque a piedi. Le camere lato strada dove abbiamo soggiornato sono rumorose. Nel complesso comunque il soggiorno è stato piacevole. La colazione è essenziale ma i prodotti offerti sono di buona qualità.

The Regent offered excellent accommodation in the heart of Cambridge. Great breakfast facilities, superb staff. Easy access to all transportation, such a beautiful City.

Friendly welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean throughout. Comfortable room. Very well placed in centre of Cambridge. Microwave/grill in mini kitchen. Very nice continental breakfast included. Good value.

Really nice central hotel - very clean, comfortable and quiet in the Park rooms (which I had). Only issue was the air-con made a weird noise even though it was off.

Located in the middle of town and 20 mins walk from the station and 10-15 minutes walk from Kings College chapel. Small but nice hotel with free cold breakfast and nice staff.
