다운타운에 위치해 있어서 주변에 볼거리와 먹거리가 풍부했고 호텔 시설 또한 흠잡을 때가 없었습니다. 조식 퀄리티도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 객실내부에 웰컴 음료가 없는 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 생수2병 정도는 있는 줄 알았습니다.

I booked a King View Room instead of a standard room, expecting the best view of the city. However, this was the actual view from the room.

일단 높은 곳에 위치한 객실에서 보는 뷰가 만족스럽고 식당, 짐 모두 청결하고 좋았습니다. 근처에 이동할때 자전거 무료 서비스 가능하니 편리합니다.

전체적으로 깨끗해서 묶는 기간 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운 것은 라운지&바가 밤 12시까지만 운영되는 점 입니다.

I had prepaid for ballet parking through Expedia however, I still got charged the fee for it

CLose to convention centers

The area where this hotel is located is in downtown and the entrance to the hotel seems like its in a back alley and crowded with valet and trying to unload. That is my only complaint, other than that, everything was great. The elevators are fast like lightning speed, so that was very nice.

The property was beautiful, warm and inviting. Very sexy and an amazing aesthetic! I highly recommend staying here.

I loved my time and stay here and would absolutely pick this hotel again immediately next time I find myself in the area. The staff and location were so kind and fantastic to me and all the food and drinks were so so tasty! Not to mention the view from the skylounge and my room! Love, love, LOVED it!!

housekeeping was good. The layouts confusing and I couldn’t find the eighth floor and there was no microwave in the room.

The room are hot. The AC was at the minimum and it was hot. The pool close at 4-5 pm to become a bar. Not much to do around the hotel.

Overall, great hotel and location. Opportunity - having more family -friendly hotel restaurants.
