좋습니다!!! 청결도 좋고 위치도 좋아 여행하기 편했어요 다만 숙소에 와인잔 커피포트 등 보통 호텔엔 구비되어 있는 물품이 없는게 있어 아쉬웠으나 1층 바에 요청하면 와인잔 얼음 등 친절히 제공해 주셔서 번거로운 것을 제외하면 좋은 숙소였습니다.

We loved staying here! At the heart of the downtown and very close to the beach and the castle. Definitely perfect spot for tourists. Also, staffs are very kind and helpful. Easy to park with the parking lot in the same building. Shame that we couldn't stay longer! Also, thank you for the honeymoon gift :) we'll come back to this hotel if we have chance to visit Malaga again.

너무 깨끗하고 침실 욕실 발코니 모두 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시구요. 근데 객실내에서 전화로 리셉션 연결이 안되더라구요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ왜그런지 물어봐도 대답을 안하시던데...직접 내려가서 와인잔과 커피포드를 가져와야 했어요. 그것 빼고는 완전 만족!!!

Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gefallen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Ca. 15 Zugfahrt vom Flughafen + 5 min Fußweg, am Rande der Altstadt. Das Hotel selbst, obwohl „nur“ ein 4-Sternehotel, ist sehr gut, vom Check-In bis Check-Out hatte ich keinerlei Probleme. Das Personal ebenfalls. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. I ordered the birthday package, cava and cake arrived when requested and was a lovely treat. I would definitely return.

From the moment of our arrival to our departure, all of the staff were courteous, friendly and professional. My wife and I were celebrating our Birthdays on the day we arrived. The staff once realizing this special day for my wife and I came up to our room after check in and gifted us with a bottle of bubbly with glasses to celebrate. The hotel also have a beautiful roof top that we enjoyed. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the historic center and the marina. I strongly recommend staying at the H10 Croma, Malaga based on the location, the friendly, pleasant, and professional service the staff (all of the staff) provides.

The Hotel location was great. Easy to walk around the city and get to the train station. A modern design, which I like. Staff were friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast. The room cleanliness was poor. On arrival the balcony was covered in what looked like mosquitos. After raising the issue with reception I was told they were not mosquitos. Whatever they were there was still lots of them. Even after getting rid of them all they would return everyday. It was impossible to have the balcony door open as they would invade the room. The room itself was good, but there were signs of wear to the walls. Dirty marks etc. The room floor was very dirty and I don’t believe it was mopped once during our stay. The bed was made everyday, but fresh towels were not provided everyday. This was a problem as there was no heated towel rail so the towels would remain wet. I felt the rooftop bar was well overpriced. Non alcoholic drinks were all small portions. Even the coffee was a tiny cupful.

Very modern, beautiful and clean Hotel. hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally, located to all dining and museums.

Stayed in cathedral view room, the room was great, large bed and good facilities. The balcony got the sun only in the morning but very noise due the bus stops opposite the hotel. If I return I definitely wouldn’t pay extra for the cathedral view room due to the noise. Can’t comment on food as room only and breakfast expensive at 21€ each.

Great Hotel. Good location, central, but still quiet. Excellent service, very attentive. New building/interior, high-quality and good cleaning service. Well sized rooms. Nice lounge style pool Terrace on top of building. Can highly recommend this hotel.
