Great location to be close enough to the village but not be in the village. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities. We had the two bedroom suite. Having a kitchenette and washer and dryer came in very handy for our family.

This property listing was not as expected and not as advertised. The photos are not accurate - often showing a large space with kitchenette and balcony. A deluxe King room had barely enough room, with a tiny bathroom, with a sink that had no room to place a toiletry bag. No kitchenette was present. No bath mats were provided and daily housekeeping did not refresh the room with fresh drinking glasses or towels. Also unclear in the listing is the lack of EV charger.

The room didn’t get cleaned properly. I had to ask the front desk 3x for a hair dryer. There was no bottle of water in the room. The lake is nice and peaceful but this is NOT a 4 star hotel by any means. The positive: no carpet and the location is actually nice.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained, staff was friendly, attentive and the room was absolutely perfect. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to have a small shop on site for convenience. Overall excellent stay and will be back again.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights at the 2 bedroom lakefront suite. The condo was well maintained and clean and the located at a beautiful location. The pedestrian village was very close and the whole experience gave us a Swiss village feel in Canada.

We had a wonderful stay at Château Morritt! We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom suite. Although it was a lake-view room, you could also see the road and hear some traffic, but it didn’t detract from our experience. The suite was well-appointed, spacious, and had all the conveniences of a condo. We loved the beach and made great use of the paddleboards. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a beautiful setting overlooking the water. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect places to relax after a day of exploring. The receptionist was especially warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay

Rooms were clean. The balcony is nice but near a main busy road. The view of the lake is blocked by trees. The A/C is so loud that it' not tolerable, and the fan for the air flow is also very loud. In the kitchen we only had one small kitchen towel, nothing to wipe the counters down, and the bowls and plates were so high up that I couldn't reach them. The dishwasher broke on the first usage, and kept beeping and had a light constantly blinking. We managed to get the beeping to stop, but couldn't use the dishwasher for the 3 days we were there. Management told us that the repair company was on holiday. They sent staff to do our dishes, and we managed for the next days. The shower is uncomfortable, with a big dent meant to drain the water but on which we have to stand to take a shower. For the price, we expected more. This is a hotel that pretends to be upscale. There was a public pool across the street that was very loud, but with doors closed, it was quiet inside. There was lots of noise coming from above, pulling of chairs and tables. The location is good if you don't intend to stay in much. We wont return.

I was truly amazed by room size and cleanness. We enjoyed a lot, exploring the Moore Lake by canoe, swimming, fire pit and jacuzzi . Highly recommended and for sure we will be back next year. We stayed last week … definitely worthy to drive back and forth 6 hours from Toronto ….we had 3 wonderful and relaxing days.

Tout était parfait.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the woman who checked my wife and I in. She then went the extra mile when I enquired where I could get some ice and she went and got me a bag from their ice machine.

Nous avions eu une expérience positive pour notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre et super propre et confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueuillant.

Great place. The rooms are full suites with kitchens. Restaurant was great and the staff were all friendly. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the hot tub which was not close to hot enough and only half the jets worked although it was still usable.

Property wasclean. Beach was nice had loungers.

Nothing negative to say! Warm welcoming! Nice room prepared for my husband bday! Clean and calm as needed! Will come back!!
