They had 1 elevator working when we got there. And 1 of the days Both elevators DID NOT work. Very inconvenient carrying bags and beach stuff and for people who had trouble using stairs. My husband had some feet problems and using the stairs was hard.

I have had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in this hotel the beds were very dirty when we checked in we were not able to check in till after two hours of arriving to the hotel because the rooms were not ready or they didn’t have any availability after I paid for everything through Expedia. They were telling me that I have to pay another $600 to be able to get a room even that I paid everything in full through Expedia and then they had to call upper management, which made me wait more time just to be able to get a room that I already made a reservation through Expedia with I am extremely unsatisfied with the service or with the accommodation that they have in this hotel. This is unacceptable and my last time going to this hotel, I trust Expedia a lot, which that was the biggest supporter for me to book through this hotel unfortunately, I am super unsatisfied with this reservation.

Great location but room needs an upgrade. They needed more workers. Bar was closed.

When I stay at a TRU hotel they are very very clean, the floors was dirty all chairs was on top the table on Friday at 1130am left at 11:00am Saturday. I was disappointed.

Overall couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our 3 night vacation! They were super accommodating! Room was ready at 3:00pm. Was told upon checking in we could get a room right away or wait for another hour and have one with a better beach view! We chose to wait and it was totally worth it! 4th floor closet to front view rooms! Cons: only one elevator working at the moment but they were very upfront about the situation. If you are ok/can take stairs it it fine. Wait can get a little long for elevator. Overall didn’t ruin our stay! We had a very loud friend upstairs who went to bed late and woke up super early. Grout in the floor in bathroom breaking away but easy fix if they will. AMAZING customer service, breakfast was awesome! Will say for people concerned- being a pet friendly place you would never be able to tell if you didn’t see them! Very clean and never heard one dog inside barking! Will definitely be back to stay next year!

We stayed here for a week!- Amazing views, excellent room service, clean facility, good breakfast options, overall very happy with out stay.

One Elevator is broken and have to use stairs for too long of a wait and I sign up for ocean front and end up sideways.

It was not explained that Inee ded to request housekeeping, so my rokm was dirty for my stay. It was my birthday and I regret choosig Tru Hilton. I would have a bwtter stay at a motel. I will never stay there again.

I found the parking charge incredibly capricious, and the gym had unattended minor children playing on the equipment which made it impossible to work out!

Only one elevator was working other than that everything else was excellent.

Great property overall

If you get a room make sure it’s ocean view with balcony 2 queen beds. That will place you in the rooms facing ocean with biggest balcony which is hard to find in Gtown. You are so close to the water. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the room. If you love showers they have the easy squeeze bottles that give you more than enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Hand soap. There was a small wait to check in and when we arrived at 4pm we still had to wait another 10 mins to get the room but they were slammed. It was weekend before July 4th. The pool is tiny and depending on how many people are there it’s not the best, but it will do for the kids to jump in after beach. The breakfast buffet is awesome and literally had everything you need for a complimentary breakfast. I appreciate the paper plates bc I took some breakfast to hubby upstairs. They even had 8oz bottled milk which my toddler drinks every morning and a wave your hand pancake and waffle machine. Hard boiled eggs and regular scrambled eggs. Pork link sausages very fantastic. It was clean. Great especially for price. I loved the convenience of having a minibar and small on-site mart to buy snacks - or drinks.

For the second time staying at this place, they gave me a room that is not what i pay for. After being reasonable , I decided not to stay there anymore. When a customer pays for a room with Balcony and and ocean view, the customer spects that. Not a room with no balcony and street view. They are scamming customers paying for $1,000. This is unacceptable and just Legally wrong

The property was clean, ocean view and decent free breakfast. Allowed an early check in and kept luggage for a little after check out. Stayed one day for a Carnival cruise and would stay again.

The staff was horrible the entire place was disgusting the ac barely worked and the TV did not work at all not to mention we had to leave in the middle of the night because the roads were so bad.

Great property to stay. Pool was on the small side but staff and breakfast made up for that.

It was a comfortable room and the breakfast was great.

One of the elevators was down, very inconvenient. They charge 20$ for overnight parking. Breakfast is decent nothing to rave about Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel overall is in good condition.

This is my families favorite hotel to stay at on the island. Centrally located. Easy access directly across from the beach. Nice pool area and great hotel bar for a night cap

My stay was wonderful. The hotel offered breakfast on two sides of the hotel lobby which was great. The balcony view of the beach was great. I enjoyed fireworks from Juneteenth on the balcony.
