니스 공항 1터미널과 걸어서 10분 거리라는 장점 이외에는 모두 수준 이하 호텔이다. 렌트카로 도착했을때 구글 맵으로는 호텔 입구를 절대 찾을 수 없다. 택시 기사도 못 찾는다. 그래서 인근 공용 주차장에 주차 후 걸어서 이동 해야 했지만 주차료가 매우 비쌌다. 체크 인 후 손을 씻었는데 화장실과 간이 싱크대에 찬물이 나오지 않아 손을 댈뻔했다. 저녁먹기 위해 나가면서 프론트에 예기했더니 엔지니어가 방 비운 사이 들어가서 고쳐준다 하였고 실제 식사 후 해결 되었다. 다만 빈 방에 방문한 사람이 짐 캐리어를 열어보려고 했는지 캐리어 잠금 장치의 다이얼이 엉뚱하게 777로 돌려져 있었다. 현금은 가지고 다니고 다행히 없어진 물건은 없어 항의는 안했지만 누가 내 짐을 열려고 시도했다는 것에 매우 불쾌했다. 청결상태는 비교적 깨끗한 편이나 침대가 2차대전 때 만든 침대를 갔다놓았는지 조금만 뒤척여도 삐그덕 대서 숙면을 방해했다. 이호텔을 추천할 수는 없다

This property surprised me. It is exceptionally clean and modern everywhere! By far the cleanest hotel I've stayed in globally. Everything you need is there and the staff are amazing and very helpful. The gym is good. Only cons are, 1. There are no lights on the balcony in the evening and 2. The breakfast often ran out of bread which is a basic really. Also the breakfast options could be better. That said, I had stocked breakfast in the fridge in the room which has cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Felt like home away from home! Cosy, clean, smells lovely everywhere.

Tämä oli jo kolmas yöpymiseni tässä hotellissa. Sijainti on loistava (lentokenttä, rautatieasema sekä ratikkapysäkki ovat kaikki aivan hotellin vieressä). Huoneet ovat siistit, mutta niissä on käytön jälkiä. Hotelli olettaa, että vessapaperin loputtua käyt itse ostamassa lisää. Aiemmilla vierailuilla (vuosi ja kaksi vuotta sitten) huone siivottiin kerran viikossa, nyt siivousta ei ollut lainkaan. Tässä hotellissa on erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde ja jos menen vielä joskus Nizzaan, valitsen todennäköisesti taas tämän hotellin.

Nice place once you find it. I read the reviews and knew it would be difficult to find but thought no problem. Then I end up spending 30 minutes walking back and forth in the hot sun walking from the airport on a Saturday when all the businesses were closed in the area and no one to ask for directions. Very nice clean room once I found the hotel but do not use their address to find. Instead, take the tram from the airport to the first stop ‘Grand Arenas’ tram stop. Then open maps and look for them on the map and click on their location for walking directions. (They are located behind OKKO Hotels on the interior plaza) The hotel faces a modern plaza surrounded by new buildings in the square and does not have an entrance from the street. I would stay again now that I know how to find them.

I would like more room cleaning. Also, they did provide good service and the front desk staff Anna and :Pierre were exceptional. Part of the reason I returned. Love the fact that I have a Little Studio and Ballons with kitchen! A big plus. Parking is very very hard to find. Thank you and definately I will return.

The bathroom had smell of a sewer. The water in the sink was not draining well.

初めてのヨーロッパ旅行でしたが、スタッフの方が親切で安心して滞在できました。 室内には電子レンジやIHがあり簡単な調理ができ、最上階のジムも自由に利用できて便利でした。 1階には軽食や飲み物の自販機もあります。 一方で、キッチンや食器の清掃、ゴミ捨て（分別して1階へ）は利用者自身で行う必要があります。 また、アメニティは最低限だったため、必要なものは持参がおすすめです。 全体的には気兼ねなく過ごせる快適なホテルでした！ ありがとうございました！

Good size room with a kitchen. If you stay longer you’ll have to bring your trash downstairs to the trash room. Also receptionist should always have toilet paper available when needed as they don’t do cleaning service. Walking distance to Nice St. Augustine train station which is very convenient if you’re traveling to nearby towns like Monaco, Cannes, Antibes etc.

We loved the property and the facilities and closeness to a couple of restaurants. We found it really difficult to find by GPS as a lot of the roads where blocked off and it was not advertised with a large sin so you could see it

Location 5 min walk from T1. Tram to the city center 25 minutes…good for short stay

Should let guests know that there is no access to the front door with a vehicle

Really nice apartment style room. With friendly and helpful staff. Great location that is in walking distance to the airport and tram and train lines. The hotel felt very safe, quiet and clean.
