전체 평가 및 리뷰 OYO 90595 Pelangi Beach Resort Cherating

Not very great and not recommend this shitty hotel, my family was f***** up with this hotel. First, they didn't notice to at all about their policy and the hidden price. Second, my family was complain about the water was not running very well. Third, the room was in the filthy conditions with the dust all over places, the sheets was dirty, dusty and dirty floor. Forth, the hotel was not provided any towels in bedrooms. Finally, the hotel staff and managements was rude and not accept their fault and was pointed to agencies about the price in online.

Menyesal booking resort ni, dalam gambar cantik tapi hakikatnya penipu. Booking dengan harga ni, tiba-tiba sahaja di resort Mat Bangla bagitau room under maintenance, offer tambah lagi rm190 Untuk dapat bilik yang lain. Lepas runding at last bayar juga la rm100. Berapa menipu, tak puas hati dengan bayaran dah la mahal bilik dan fasiliti rosak memang tak recommend siapa-siapa stay sini. Spoil mood cuti husband marah I😡

Very bad, tak payah lah ye check in sini, dah terkene, katil banyak semut halus, hama siap, bilik air tak de water heater, air slow, memang sangat kecewa, one and last takkan check in dah.

It resort but the condition of the resort very bad. Water flow very slow.
