지하철역이 근처고, 마드리드 왕궁 앞이지만 주거 지역이라 시끄럽지 않았던게 매우 좋았습니다. 공간이 작은편이라 짐이 좀 많으면 불편하겠지만, 화장실이나 침대 모두 청결하고 편안했습니다. 가격도 합리적이라 숙박을 추천합니다.

위치가 매우 편하기 때문에 가격 측면에서는 합리적임. 다만, 좁은 공간에 투숙객이 많아 불편하며, 화장실 및 샤워시설도 적음. 청소하는 모습도 종종 보이기 때문에 신경은 쓰고 있는것 같지만 근본적으로 0층부터 지하층으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 시설적으로도 쾌적하진 않은 편

Bon accueil et très bon emplacement

On Tuesday, I think, two unbearable guests arrived! They made noise at night and didn't respect anyone. Two idiots! Noisy. The sink water was freezing cold! There was no soap to wash our hands. The shower didn't work properly. In short…it wasn't 100%.

Áreas comunes siempre saturadas, especialmente la cocina, clientes super maleducados, una verdadera lástima porque es un lugar muy bien ubicado, instalaciones guays y personal amable pero lclientes como éstos bajan mucho la calidad, por mucho marketing que hagáis

Nice location, not too far from the station. Hostel itself is clean, nice rooms as well. Only negative is the fact I was on the ground floor right next to the seating area so you could hear everyone and it’s not pleasant at 1am when there’s a big group just laughing away non stop. You can also hear everyone getting ready for breakfast and just chatting away as which is frustrating and breaks your sleep.

This is property is ok . Just not my style . The place is extremely small and claustrophobic. The beds are so close together that it's overwhelming for me. I also did not like the way the lockers are set up on the floor under the bed. I hated having to get down on my knees to get into the locker . The shower and bathroom was an extreme no no for me. I ended up going to another hostel that had a real bathroom . The most annoying thing was the window directly on my bed and while I was sleeping the housekeeper just opens it and freezing cold air comes in. This was very bizarre to me. Ohh and something to note is that the water doesn't have a hot of cold valve. So if you want to wake up and wash your face it will be with freezing cold water . I would not recommend this place at all.

Os funcionários e as comodidades estavam boas

Equipe atenciosa, localização boa, proximo ao palacio de madrid e ao lado da estação de metrô. Chegamos antes do horario, nos deixaram guardar as bagagens e liberaram o quarto ate antes do previsto. Quartos como os da foto, nao tomamos o café no local mas parecia uma boa opção. Recomendo

Absolutely underpriced. So cute, well decorated, extremely clean, and full of good vibes. The staff were exceptional, especially the Asian lady working there. Thank you so much for such a great experience and excellent service.

Prácticamente todo sobre el Hostel es muy positivo,y muy especialmente el personal trabajador,todos y aún más en concreto la mujer trabajadora que es de Mongolia,super atenta,eficiente y de un óptimo trato..es el alma del Hostel..
