Check-in was no front desk, just a phone number and a twenty-minute wait outside for someone to show up. The staff were unfriendly and indifferent to guests. The room was terrible. The bedding was a cheap, thin blanket like something you'd get on an airplane. The sofa bed was dirty, and covered in layers of dust. It was clear hygiene is simply ignored here. After wiping the bathroom floor just once, the tissue turned black—an obvious sign that cleaning is minimal, if it happens at all. For a five-night stay, they demanded extra payment just to get basic housekeeping. This is a total rip-off and shows how little they care about guest comfort or health. I felt uncomfortable every day and couldn’t wait to leave. If you care in the slightest about cleanliness or customer service, avoid this place at all costs. Five nights here felt like a punishment.

5박 6일 투배드룸에 묵었으며 5일 동안 묵을 숙소라 세탁, 조리 시설이 중요했는데 모두 훌륭했습니다. 또한 호텔 주변이 매우 안전했습니다. 노숙자가 없으며 거리가 깨끗했습니다. LA 여행에 최적의 위치! 중앙에 위치하여 다운타운, 할리우드 모두 가깝습니다. 11시에 도착했는데 호스트가 얼리 체크인을 해줘서 더 편안한 여행했습니다. Thank you chinar❣️ 장점 : 방이 넓고 깨끗함, 조리시설이 매우 잘되어 있음, 세탁기도 잘 작동 됨, 장기 투숙하기에 매우 적합함. 헬스장이 매우 쾌적하고 최신 기구가 많고 한적해서 운동하기 좋았음 단점 : 호텔의 기능(프론트 택시픽업, 체크인 전/후 짐 맡기기 등은 어려움) *호스트와 whatsapp으로 수시 연락은 가능하지만 영어 소통이 어려우신 분들은 조금 불편하실수도 있습니다. 이 부분만 문제가 안되면 가성비 최고의 숙소!

코리아타운 근처이며 숙소도 넓고 훌륭했습니다. 기본으로 제공해주는 간식거리도 훌륭했습니다. 사진대비로 시설은 다소 차이가 있었으나 가격대비 좋습니다. 주차비 별도로 진행하나 지하에 안전하게 주차장 이용이라 편합니다

대체로 좋으나 약간의 호텔기능이 있었으면 좋겠어요. 일예로 체크아웃 후에 짐을 몇시간동안 만이라도 맡겼으면했는데 전혀도움을 받을수가없네요

코리안 타운이라 약간 위험하다는 평이 있어 밤에는 돌아다니지 않았고요, Host Chinar가 우리가 렌트카 문제로 늦게 도착했음에도 불구하고 친절하게 대응해 주셔서 무척 감사하였음

The spot was okay but the check in process was weird. They said to call before checking in but no one was reachable by the time I had arrived. I asked specifically in email about key cards as this was a 6 person trip and I wanted a key for everyone. We had two keys for the entire stay. The beds were not comfortable, the kitchen was nice but not clean, and you could not lock your door properly unless everyone was inside the apartment.

Great communication from the staff. We knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. The apartment was precisely as advertised. Clean and tidy, comfortable, and secure. The area around the property (Koreatown) was alright, not unsafe but nothing too exciting for exploring. Very good location geographical for catching the bus (directly outside) or the metro (5-10 North). Uber rides from Downtown or Echo Park only cost $13. I would definitely rent this apartment again!
