조용히 잘 자고 무료로 제공되는 아침 식사 잘 먹고 덕분에 업무 잘 보고 돌아왔습니다. 출장에 상당히 만족하는 숙소입니다. 다음 출장시 이곳을 이용할 재 예정입니다

CLEAN ROOM AND COMFY BED!

Was there with family and kids for a dance competition and enjoyed the hotel and staff was super friendly! Wil stay there again!

Great hotel close to Disney, Mexican restaurant taconazo near by is great. Would stay close to the beach next time but this hotel hits the spot and area is good.

I was charged a parking fee even though i had no car overnight. I made sure to tell the staff i will have no car overnight but she still charged me. Very incompetent and rude staff.

Grant upgrade requests for a fee if needed. If hotel cannot due to availability, offer extra blankets or a cot if available. Be accommodating, sometimes things change in people’s plans and even if they booked through a third party, they still expect some type of accommodation for a fee. I’m a former IHG employee.

The rooms were clean; however, the roller shade in our first-floor room was broken, leaving a gap that compromised privacy. Staff were unable to fix the issue or move us to another room until the following day. As a temporary solution for the one-night stay, extra pillows were provided at my request to block the gap. I was later asked to return the pillows to the front desk, which felt inconvenient given that they were used to address an unresolved room issue. Otherwise, the accommodations were good.
