Un bell'appartamento adatto fino a 4 persone, grande camera matrimoniale e un bagno con lavatrice e ferro da stiro; unica scomodità l'apertura della porta della doccia. Servirebbe una comunicazione più immediata con il referente. Complessivamente giudizio molto positivo. Lo consiglio.

1. No reception, no communication device at door, local number was required but I am from foreign country, how can I have an Italian phone number in such short time? SIM card purchased at train station needs one hour to activate at least. 2. Stayed five nights but no any cleaning. Asked for more toilet paper, gave two with complains. 3. In fact eighty euros in cash was required upon arrive for cleaning, together with five.five euros per person per night in cash, total one hundred and thirty-five euros in cash. Not a honest business. Overall, it is poor experience.

Stay was great. Wonderful communication upon and prior to arrival in Florence. Apartment is beautiful, air conditioning works great, bathroom was in great condition. Leo was very helpful is getting us settled, even recommending places to eat. Great Location with plenty within walking distance

The owner did not greet me at the property. I called multiple times and after 45min was finally able to reach someone. I had to wait in the street for someone to open the unit. Very bad communication. I asked for a receipt and did not receive a receipt.
