Lovely rooms breakfast good parking on site 10 min uber taxi to Brighton.

Lovely room. Daughter slept well on the sofa bed. I slept like a log in main bed. Aircon. Nice and clean. Great bathroom, and staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop opposite into town. Cheap Uber to the Amex Stadium. All in all a great stay.

This is a little gem of a find the sfatt were lovely and very helpful.the room we had was at the front with beautiful views of the sea .we ate in the restaurant and would recommend the food breakfast was cooked to order andovely can not fault the stay we had thankyou to the tesm

Great for accessing Brighton on the bus. Breakfast was good. Evening meals were hit and miss. Would still go back.

Great location - nice walks across the Downs and 2 different buses stop outside the hotel that take you to the sea front and city centre within 20-25 minutes. The room was immaculately clean. The family room was really spacious. Breakfast was good - enough choice and good service.

Good size rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel welcome.

I feel the hotel should make mention of the fact that all their rooms are accessed via a pretty steep flight of stairs which presents a challenge to anyone with walking difficulties. Had we known in advance then we would not of booked. If you do book, make sure you book the much larger front-facing rooms. At the rear the rooms are much smaller. On a positive note, the staff are very helpful and the food is plentiful.

Lovely room. Great bed. Big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Shame no housekeeping, especially in that heat and bins were full. Music from downstairs was a put off ... We expected it in the evenings (the rooms are above a pub) but not so early in the morning (it was on for breakfast so an early alarm call).

What a lovely place to stay! Located in a lovely area with views of the sea this place is great to stay for a little weekend in Brighton. Check in was really easy and the room was perfect! Breakfast included was a huge bonus. Staff are really helpful and friendly especially the young lady on reception, Can't remember her name but she was a star a real highlight to the place. Will definitely be staying here again!

great location, friendly staff and good food

We have stayed now on several occasions and its friendly and very comfortable. It would be nice if they recognised we have stayed before but staff don't seem to be informed. The location is ideal for us as we have family nearby

Wonderful full English breakfasts and meals generally good and service positive.

Probably the worst room location I have ever stayed in It was outside the hotel on path to garden and on main road with a door to the room with a very small window and a blind at the door not fitting so let in light Toilet leaking all night on first night fixed by manager next morning asked for different room was told non available Had no choice but to stay as it we had to stay to see someone Room number 7 Food was good

By far the best hotel in the area. I could not recommend any other.

Overall a positive experience, room, food, location all good. Our only slight concern was not being aware prior to arrival that there were no members of staff on the premises overnight. We only became aware when being told extra details around fire procedures & being asked to sign to say we understood the procedure. When rechecking the booking we could not find anything that actually stated guests would not have staff on site overnight only again information around fire procedures, feel this is misleading & should be made clear before booking.
