Great stay

The Warehouse has a cool vibe, clean rooms, super friendly staff and very pet friendly! They even had a little welcome bag for our dog complete with a treat and a toy. Great location as well. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in town.

Close to venue and very spacious.

Place was nice and clean, but as only been open recently still alot of work that need done,but im sure they have a plan in place. But if not i have ideas Good over all

Hotel was very unique. We were staying for a football camp at Miami University so it was convenient to have the facility next door to workout. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean.

Perfect hotel for family fun

Nice place. Quiet except for train horns in middle of night on river side. Excellent place if you like to workout. Sad the bar and restaurant was closed to watch Stanley Cup. Very clean hotel. Kind of weird parking a block away.

The room was spacious and clean. Everyone at the front desk was friendly. The only downside was the parking.

It was clean and accommodating. My only complaint is the parking which is across the street and down from the main entrance and there is no outdoor seating. Another thing was the restaurants, brewery etc were all closed. Unique place however

Everything was lovely! The bar was also great for a night cap! Very lovely!

Spacious rooms. Valued ceilings. Industrial feel. They upgraded us to a river view for free.

Loved everything about it from high ceilings to friendly service to comfortable beds to fun decor! We have found our new favorite hotel!

OK, there was a black spot on the rug, I decided to clean it with a wet washcloth. I got the spot up, but the whole rug seems dirty. It looks clean, but it's not. The other thing I noticed was the shower caulk was frersh wet and sticky. It shouldn't be sticky to the touch.

The hotel is noisy due to traffic if your room is on the side of the street across from Spooky Nook. The hotel is mainly an old paper mill renovated as a hotel with some modern furnishings. However, the concrete floors in the room need additional rugs to make the space warmer. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room either. On the plus side, the hotel was responsive to my needs and provided disposable slippers and a coffee maker for the room and a bath mat as well. I did enjoy the effort they put to make my stay just a bit more comfortable.

Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in , reassigned us a new one. Several people experienced this

The property is uniques in the design and architecture..industrial feel with pops of color throughout giving a warm and whimsical feel.
