Fabulous people!!.. so so helpful & kind & they made it wonderful to stay at this lovely hotel. They made us so welcome & helped us anything and everything we needed! Fantastic place to stay!

Great place, very beautiful. All staff were really nice and friendly. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great swimming pool. The only thing they do not have, which would have been nice is a functioning cafeteria, in case someone wants to order a sandwich or a drink during the day. There is nowhere in walking distance to have that, so I think it is quite necessary.

The entire staff of Hotel Ohana were very friendly and always available to provide help and assistance. They even gave a surprise cake for my daughter on her birthday while we were having breakfast.

Excellent stay. We could not have asked for anything more. The staff was AMAZING. The room was spotless. The view was 5 stars. Wifi was super reliable. Airport transfers were seamless. They know exactly when to take you to the airport as they are monitoring the arriving flight. 100% recommend!

The hotel staff is a gem in this place. So friendly and helpful. Every single one of them, special shout out to Valentina and Maura. The place is spectacular and clean with a beautifully manicured landscape. Breakfast is plentiful. Very close to the airport. Only drawback is far from town and need to take a taxi to go anywhere but the staff was helpful to arrange for transportation. Very pleasant and peaceful stay.

I honestly could not have asked for more, staff was the best!! Property was well maintained, rooms were pristine and it was like we had the whole place to ourselves with group of 7.

We could not have asked for a better experience and accommodation in Rapa Nui. The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast fresh and delicious every day. I would recommend Hotel Ohana to anyone traveling and would not consider any other accommodation were I to travel again.

I loved staying here. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and I especially enjoyed the large balcony. The staff is excellent. The only negative is the location of the hotel which is far from town and isolated. The hotel will order you a taxi, though ($6-$8 one way to town) and respond very quickly on WhatsApp so it really wasn't an issue.

The rooms are very nice, breakfast is excellent, and most of the staff are very friendly. Service at the front desk varied depending on who was working. The hotel is in a more remote location and walking to town isn’t ideal because of the busy road. Transportation into town can be a bit tricky, as taxis aren’t always easy to find.

The staff was so wonderful our entire stay. They were very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to fill water bottles and even made us dinner reservations! The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is fabulous, the rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. I typically struggle with hard beds while traveling and I slept like a baby here. I absolutely recommend this small boutique hotel! We would definitely come back!

Room was clean and comfortable, noted there's no facial tissues as they do not use it on Easter Island? Catalina or Calina (not sure of her name) is very sweet and courteous, the manager is not so much. Facility is ok.

Hotel Ohana is a quiet oasis slightly tucked away from the center of Hanga Roa (which can be slightly limiting for transport as you have to rely on taxis). The property is gorgeous and the room was spacious, beautiful, and well amenitized, although there could have been more USB plugs and outlets near the bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and you really felt welcome and comfortable in their care.
