Their was no room card key. I had to use a master key on a door lock that was faulty. The poorly designed master key's plastic "handle" broke in one of my multiple attempts to unlock the door. I was made to pay for this key to be replaced. I do not think this was reasonable as the door lock itself was faulty. If the service was not as good as it was, I would not return.

I had a pleasant stay no issues good customer service. Love it

We appreciated the location and price. Rishma was exceptionally helpful and a great source of info. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. They offered me a shuttle from the airport. The food was good and rooms were clean. It’s an older building so do not expect top of the line amenities but for the price point, I cannot complain. I have no complaints.

Good stay for a reasonable price.
