동유럽 다 돌아봤지만 여기가 1위입니다ㄹㅇ 시설 깨끗하고 넓고

여전히 깨끗한 객실과 공용 샤워실등이 만족스럽습니다.

직원도 친절하고 무엇보다 침구류가 너무 깨끗해서 대만족 이었습니다. 이번주말에도 다시 이용할거같아요~^^

호스텔이 메인이지만 호텔룸도 있어서 가성비 너무 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실이 매우 깨끗하고 아침에 조식까지 간단히 줍니다. 위치는 구시가지 관광지에서도 멀지 않아요. 지하에 맛있는 ㅅ제 맥주집까지 있어서 간단히 이용해도 좋아요. 다만 매트리스가 좀 불편한 점이 있었는데 2박이라 괜찮았어요. 추천합니다.

Great in all aspects

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, and our room was exceptionally clean. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the main train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. A special thank you to Michael, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

床位有窗簾這點很好，在米蘭和威尼斯、維也納住的地方都沒有床簾⋯布拉格這間可以感受到女性房務主管的細心。廚房也是實用導向而非為了擺拍，是為了可以好好煮自己想吃的東西而存在的廚房（有兩個廚房，一個是付費餐廳另一個是自助式，自助式的比較隱密我第二天才找到😅）洗澡和廁所區域在房間外面這點很好。有電梯，旅館位置很方便，附近外食選擇很多。碰到三更半夜還在講電話講不停的人、在房間裡面吃味道很重的食物的人，這兩點很不好。

One receptionist is factically offending guests and (and least that is what he says) has managements's support in this. Overall: with couple of aforementioned excpetions the staff's behaviour is very rude and offensive including the managament's one. I have travelled a lot, stayed at vast amount of both hotels and hostels (am a regular, long-term client of this booking company) but never have met baviour like this. Stay away from this venue!!!

Staff are mainly foreigners but except of the 1 young US and 1 young Belarussian lady (and Aneta) they are very hostile towards local population. I found the property Luma Terra Prague to be a well maintained , well organized establishment ,and exceptionally run by its management. During my recent stay, it gave me sufficient time to really appreciate the quality of product that was being offered in spite of its status in low budget category. I enjoyed the professionalism of the personnel, the courtesy of the staff at large, and the overall warmth of their welcome. On the downside, the exterior of the building is so plain, so invisible that one could easily pass it by without even noticing its existence. On my check-in day, I went by it twice without seeing it. But altogether I would highly recommend this place to stay without any hesitation, and would even be prepared to book again in the event of another visit to Prague. Lindsay.

Me surpreendeu muito. Um hostel com qualidade de hotel. Limpíssimo, excelente instalação, quarto casal amplo, moderno, novíssimo. Perto de diversos restaurantes, transporte, cafés. Dá para visitar o centro antigo a pé. Muito bom! Recomendo.

We only checked in at 15.00 hours and departed at 1.00 next morning, just a quick sleep over has we was travelling to Budapest early morning, but the staff at the reception was excellent, showed us to our rooms, the rooms was very clean, I would definitely recommend it, very close to City Centre and rail Station.
