전체 평가 및 리뷰 Rakuten STAY VILLA Aso Kurokawa

This is an unmanned hotel. We cannot check-in because we didn't get an entry password from online agent. Although we have try to contact online agent 2-3 days before check-in, online agent said they failed to contact the hotel and give us a hotel number. But we cannot make a call, no one pick up phone. This is the worst experience for our family. We arrive the hotel at 7 pm and have no idea to contact the hotel. We found a man who lives near the hotel, he have a contact of person who take care this hotel. Thank God that this guy help us. Room is very good. New and clean.
