This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!!

Very friendly

Two nights to attend a wedding. Very good price for what you get. Because we did not phone to confirm the internet booking we were not expected however two rooms were available for the two nights we required. My travelling companion found a used toothbrush in the bed ( obviously left by the previous room tenant) and hairs on the pillowcases. As we were only there for two days with such a low price we did not complain, the owner was lovely and I am sure would have sorted it out if we had asked. The breakfast was filling and well cooked. This is not the place to go if you cannot manage stairs or a walk to park the car, but it is good value and I would stay again.

We only stayed overnight. Excellent location. Fantastic warm and friendly couple who even saved us a prime free car parking space! Would definitely go again .

Can't fault this hotel for the price. Everything was impeccably clean, the owners were extremely pleasant and very entertaining, the location was close to the promenade and pleasure beach. A very good stay!!

warm friendly hosts, enjoyed our stay, it was close to the attractions and shops which is just what we needed and the breakfasts were great

Sorry - would not stay again, but convenient location for the area if you don't mind it just for that. It's well past it's sell buy date.

perfect location for pleasure beach and very friendly down to earth proprietors who understood how to treat my adult learning disabled daughter and her friend.

Very warming welcome and a most enjoyble stay in a wonderfull locatiion, and brillant value for money .

Nice friendly place to stay, bed not mega comfortable but memory foam beds do spoil us !
