Was given the wrong room upon check-in (had booked a Suite but given a Standard room). On the second night we were offered to move to the Suite, but also told that there was a party on the floor above, so we shouldn’t expect to get much sleep. We obviously passed and waited another day. When asking for compensation for the two nights in a Standard room (while paying for a suite) we were only offered a small discount on airport transportation - much less than the difference we had paid. On top of this the heating didn’t work in either of the two rooms. Generally poor service and the facilities weren’t great either.

Tge location is excellent and the eoom and common areas are well keep and clean. The staff was very nice and answered many questions

Personnel doesn’t speak much English but they are very nice. Excellent hotel located in a very good area.
