전체 평가 및 리뷰 NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower

장애자 방을 줘서 정말 별로였는데 기분이, 바꿔달라고 했더니. 다행히 문제없는 방으로 바꿔줬습니다. 익스트라 스페이스 방이었는데 넓고 좋았습니다. 조시기 듣기 좋은 호텔이네요

Cleanliness, location, everything was pretty good. One drawback is that the staff at the counter were so stiff that I thought I had done something wrong when checking in and out. I hope it wasn't racism.

건물이 높고 겉모습도 좋아보이는데 안은 더 좋네요 앰블런스 소리가 나고 그 외엔 조용. 여기저기 통유리라 색다른 느낌이예요 침대에 누워있는데 :) 독일 출장 중에 이렇게 좋은 곳 찾기 힘들 듯해서 계속 여기에 머물고 싶네요!

새로 만들어져 새거라서 좋음. 중앙역에서 도보 10-15분이면 도착가능! 바로 앞 트램에서 회마광장까지 갈 수 있음. 조식도 좋음 청소를 잘 못함

호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 좋아요. 위치도 좋고, 조식, 카페 다 좋은데 프런트 데스크 직원들이 화가 나 있는 사람처럼 고객들에게 불친절해요.

신규건물이라 깨끗합니다.다만 조식의 종류가 가격대비 별로 없네요. 위치나 시설은 괜찮습니다

한국말로 후기를 남기는게 좋을꺼 같아 남깁니다. 호텔 청소 상태, 위치, 직원들의 친절도, 여러모로 정말 만족했습니다. 시내로 바로 가는 트램이 정말 가까이 있고, 중앙역 주변이지만 안전한 위치에 있고, 바로 뒤에 쇼핑몰과 슈퍼 마켓이 있습니다. 호텔 내에 좋은 피트니스 센터와 괜찮은 조식, 스마트 TV 까지 적극 추천합니다.

깔끔하고 좋았지만 약간 추웠어요

I accidentally left 4 sets of clothes in the closet in my hotel room when I checked out. Later, when I inquired at the hotel, the roommaid said that there was nothing in the hotel room. That's an obvious lie. In the end, I couldn't find the clothes. I liked and trusted NH Hotel, but I was very disappointed with this incident

Terrible rooms

Fantastisk rom og gøyal utsikt. Litt hard seng. Det vi ikke var forberedt på var diskokvelden på takterrassen 4 etasjer under. De dempet lyden noe kl 22, men det var ekstremt partydunk. Ellers har hotellet frokostbuffet og restaurant med få retter på menyen.

The property was very modern. The room was incredibly spacious. Even though we only got a room on the fourth floor there was still a decent skyline view. The facilities were clean and the staff was delightful at every interaction.

清潔で過ごしやすい。 中央駅までは少し歩くが、食事やショッピング、観光の拠点には利便性が良い。 中央駅周辺から夜間の移動は不安が伴う。女性1人での徒歩移動はおすすめできない。

Sehr schönes Hotel. Hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können (Zimmer). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Es war eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden und mussten leider 4 Mal Nachfragen bis wir neues erhalten haben. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.

Ein top modernes,neues Hotel nähe des HBF mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, super Bett, Minibar und großem Kleiderschrank. Zimmerservice ist verfügbar und das Housekeeping macht auch einen tollen Job. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Frankfurt bin, buche ich hier auf jeden Fall wieder ein Zimmer. TOP!

We arrived early and decided the pay the premium to access the room before 2, it was worth it. Hotel location is great, with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Definitely a great place to stay in Frankfurt

I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Great welcoming, excellent hospitality, delicious fresh breakfast every morning, very romantic dinner atmosphere. Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and hotel overall smells great.

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, tolles Frühstück.

A wonderful hotel with an exceptional team. Including Amin on the front desk and a superb team working in the very busy bar. Especially in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.
