Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på the Rif under en kokhet julidag i Pisa; bemötande från Simone i receptionen var outstanding! Vi fick komma in i svalkan, fick bra tips om restaurang och bjöds även att sitta inomhus i AC i vår långa väntan på flyget. Mycket bra!

Rude staff

Beautiful old home converted into a Boutique Hotel. Lovely grounds. We stayed in a room in the back of the property, maybe an old converted garage or shed. It had a lovely patio with comfy furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Duomo where the Leaning Tower is located. Excellent service.

Great location to the tower of Pisa and main market. Would highly recommend this place for a great quality hotel in walkable distance less than 5 minutes to the Tower of Pisa.

Lovely hotel in a building from the 1920´s in a perfect and quiet location in Pisa, beautifully renovated! Very close to the Leaning tower and the train station Pisa S. Rossore. Staff very helpful with suggestions and directions. Nice buffet breakfast( not included) and amazing outdoor patio facing the garden for both breakfast or cocktails.

Lovely property very close to the sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful couldn’t have been any better. Our best stay out of 3 hotel stays in the region. Highly recommend

Idéalement situé, l’hôtel est à quelques pas de la tour de Pise et des monuments. Des places de stationnement bleues disponibles autour de l’hôtel même si nous avons privilégié le parking du Rif au tarif de 20€. L’accueil du réceptionniste était parfait et de bons conseils. La chambre était grande, pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Le coin petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au pied du jardin était bon avec un large choix au buffet au tarif de 8€ par personne. Le Check out a été rapide avec un petit cadeau qui nous a été remis à la fin du séjour. Tout a été parfait.

We booked a 'superior double' room. Room 2 on the ground floor felt small and very dark - the walls are painted dark green. With the light on it was too bright, the overhead light was very harsh. The woman on reception was sympathetic but could not offer us an alternative room. The shower was also a problem, very low pressure. Breakfast was OK, but €18 per person seemed very steep. The location is good, easy walk to the duomo and tower, and it is reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful

This is a very comfortable, renovated hotel with modern, fairly spacious rooms. There’s parking on site (for a fee). The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location is obviously very convenient to visit the leaning tower.

洒店離車站近，去五漁村非常方便，早餐豐富，房間比較大，所沒拖鞋供應比較不方便還有洒店周便沒有食市比較不方便。

Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The room was on the ground floor and was clean, spacious, had some nice amenities such as a dental kit body lotion and espresso machine. They also have a decent minibar and bottles of wine for purchase. The bed was decent and the sheets were comfortable. I was on the side facing the road, though it was a fairly quite road and didn't disturb my sleep. The location was great literally about an 8 min walk to the tower. If I had to stay in Pisa I would stay here again.

Für den Preis ein wirklich gutes Hotel. Einzig die Zimmer sind ein wenig kahl und der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Toll ist die Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Hotel. Frühstück ist top und auch die Möglichkeiten fürs Abendessen sind vorhanden.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel close to the leaning tower, sights and shops. However Room 2 is noisy and very bright! with reception, phone ringing, front door etc and the shower very weak - difficult to shampoo hair. Clearly money has been spent on tasteful refurb, but the staff need some direction from absent management. I was served a spritz as they had no gin and tonic - I checked later and they clearly did have G n T - neither girls had a clue. Our waitress was very cheerful. Very limited dinner menu - best to go out. Horrendous hammering in the kitchen during our breakfast. Quoted E18 for mediocre breakfast, so went out next day. However on checking out breakfast was only E8!! On asking for information at reception re taxi or train to airport - not very helpful. The hotel lacked atmosphere and warmth - more attention to detail is required from management as the hotel has great potential but I wouldn’t recommend it at the moment.

If you are visiting Pisa to see the Leaning Tower, then this is the place to stay. It is a 10 minute walk to the cathedral complex, around which are numerous bars and restaurants. The taxi from the train station was 15 euros and it was 20 to the airport.

A truly beautiful hotel with a great secluded garden for relaxing. Wonderful staff and well thought out rooms. The leaning tower is very close by.
