The staff were Great! The room was clean but, the carpeting was not. We’d stay again. We all agreed the motel could use updates & the ice machine was not working.

If you need a place to crash for the night, and plan to use the room just to sleep, it’s an ok experience. Bed’s are decently comfortable. If you want to do more than just sleep, like use the bathroom, shower, I wouldn’t really recommend it. My family has been going since the 80’s I believe, and it served as a fine hotel up until now. The rooms are pretty dated, A/C is really loud and can startle you at night. Our last stay, the rooms were fully booked, and we had to listen to a family arguing in their room all night. Wouldn’t be an issue if the walls were a little thicker or weren’t directly connected, but it just made for an unpleasant stay. Bathrooms don’t feel very clean either, and to top it all off: they no longer provide passes to any waterparks. They used to offer Wilderness Territory passes and it made for a fun experience, but seeing as how they no longer offer them, I don’t really have a reason to stay here when there are other options at a similar price point that will offer a cleaner, more relaxing experience and probably offer passes to one of the waterparks. Unless you really need somewhere to crash, I would consider somewhere else first

Very basic old school motel. Very 80’s but clean. No issues with the stay. If you’re looking for Great Wolf amenities, or even a modern motel, look elsewhere. That said, if you come to the Dells to enjoy the activities and only use the room to sleep, it’s a budget friendly choice

I was charged $40 for having an "extra person" in my room when my friend that had his own room came into my room. I was called multiple times late at night to pay for the "extra person" that was in my room for an hour or 2 at most. The desk worker wouldn't listen to me and continued to tell me to pay because she "knows what she saw" Overall, decent rooms and pool but very inconsiderate and ridiculous staff.

Horrible service in every kind of way. Charged us 60 dollars extra due to accidentally not adding one of our children that decided to come last minute. Told us we were lucky and could charge more if they choose

Was okay, good location, close to restaurants and shops

Check in was awful, guys screen was all screwed up on when i was actually staying there. Thankfully Hotels.com had the right day n confirmation number. Not even the smallest continental breakfast.Part of 2nd building of rooms the face of top missing. Multiple people that live at the hotel making noises and staying up late. Old hotel with an actual key to open doors to rooms. Old Coneccting rooms that have a lot of noise from other room. We tried to go to bed and could hear the guy living ing next room playing tv loud, talking loud to someone, and could hear the drinking going on till way late like 3 or 4 in the morning. Air conditioner/heater very old controls none digital. Got very poor sleep as no way to stop the loud jack___ next door. Will never stay there again and my suggestion is do not stay there. Many other places and its definitely not worth 134$ a night!! Hotel has a lot of none vacationers that dont care about getting to sleep to have fun the next day on vacation!!

It was very noisy guest was loud until 4 am .toilet seat was broke.but it was walking distance to downtown.

Great for families, park right across the road with a playground and basketball courts.

It was a basic economy hotel room Furniture was maybe "outdated" but it was all functional and clean.

Good value for the money.

tv didn’t work and no drinking cups or coffee maker.

Was a cheap, clean room. Only issue was the shower didnt work great and the tub had a very slow drain. Took like a 5 minute shower and was 2" of water in the bottom when i was done.

Was a clean and nice room for a decent price. What more could you want.

Staff was very friendly, the room was okay not totally clean, Beds were great .. Everything else about tge room was wonderful..

The safety was very important.
