The hotel rooms are lovely, the hotel is clean and the service in the restaurant and bar areas really good. During my stay, however, there was a power cut late on the evening and power was still not restored to the lights in the room by the time I left the hotel around 12 hours later. When I told the reception staff on leaving it simply wasn’t acknowledged.

We booked close to our stay because another hotel let us down. Very happy with the Hoxton as our alternative, we had a lovely welcome at reception, the room was immaculate and looked newly refurbished. Our only criticism was that the showerhead contrived to spray the entire bathroom even with the door properly closed. The hotel was very conveniently located close to the Shepherds Bush Market tube and the Empire theatre

Das einzige was gestört hat, dass man das Fenster zum lüften nicht öffnen bzw. schräg stellen konnte. Die Klimaanlage konnte das nicht ersetzen. Man fühlte sich irgendwie eingeengt. Ansonsten zu empfehlen. Schönes Ambiente und Restaurant.

Lovely and amazing staff, always happy to help!! Beautiful clean room, great view, great breakfast options… in room or in the restaurant! Air conditioning and the cutest radio in the room!

The room was nicely decorated and generally clean. The remote and kettle were very dusty and there was a brown stain on the decorative cushion on the bed. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming.
