Easy & safe 8 min walk to St Joseph’s Hospital (Charleton Ave) Lots of restaurants and food market nearby. Spacious accommodation with sitting area, very functional galley kitchen and comfortable bed. No hair dryer & only 4 Nespresso pods for 2 adults ( 2 night stay). Helpful communication via texts & kindly gave a later discharge time on short notice. Would definitely choose to stay again.

Very hot in the bedroom even when we lowered the temp. Lots of cold air coming from the window. In the morning there was snow on the floor in front of the window.

My favourite hotel to stay, when I'm in Hamilton. Mini apartment, with kitchenette, laundry, seperate bedroom, livingroom / dining table. Location is perfect, walking distance or short drive to restaurants and downtown area.

We appreciated the kind staff for allowing us to switch rooms to better accommodate my mom, having the extra bed ready, and allowing early check-in for us. We loved the layout of our apartment style rooms and safe garage parking.

We always stay at the Laundry rooms while in Hamilton. This time we had an issue with the toilet. We called the emergency number and spoke with Amal. He was quick, responsive, and had an immediate solution. We love this hotel!

Nice room, clean, well equipped.

Well located, staff were communicative. Very spacious, nice high ceilings. Clean inside, although couches were stained, and the hallways outside needed cleaning. We found the beds too soft, although that may be personal preference. Overall, a decent choice.

Very clean room. Basic necessities provided. Location cannot be beat, we were close to so much within walking distance. Really like the soaps and shower product line, smells so lovely.

Great stay, Flawless online checkin made it incredibly fast and easy. Inside of room(apartment) was clean, tidy and had all the essentials for a short or long stay. Would stay here again, will be keeping an eye for other locations.
