Clean and comfortable. Good response when we had a need. Suggest fans in each room to bring in the cool air at night. Also 
Directions to the washer/dryer combo would be helpful.

Great place to stay, close to the train station and the accommodation is always clean. Stayed in both apartments and they are both decorated lovely and are like a home from home. 

Really great stay and convenient for both Windsor and London. 

This property is perfect! We would definitely stay again. This is the ideal experience for a rental when vacationing with your family.
