Cleanliness was good. Room just a bit small

There was a leak in the bathroom floor. The night light outside shone directly in my face as I was in bed because the shades at the large windows did not come all the way down. They were either broken or just too short. The room was pretty small.

Free shuttles to nearby beaches

Nice property - could do with a bit of a facelift but still in keeping with the area. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We arrived before the 3 pm check in time so they gave us a drink and arranged for us to go to the beach on the hotel shuttle until check in time.

Loved it, nothing but positive. Great service, wholesome personalities, local breakfast is delicious.

Caren was amazing from the start, she upgraded us then ensured we were comfortable with our room. Then she was very happy to help booked us dinner reservation then cancelled and rebooked at our request. I always stay at Shepherds Inn when I’m in Tobago.

Our stay was incredible! The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was delicious, the internet was reliable. However.... The blinds for our room wasn't quite private. I think its because the ambience of the hotel is more of a rustic & cabin like setting. Also the lighting in the bedroom could've been better in terms of getting dressed and taking pics infront the mirror (mirror selfie). Nonetheless I would definitely visit again and because its so close to other facilities and other beaches I would recommend.

Excellent overall. Friendly service, fairly clean, value for money, very close to the airport and ample amenities.

Die Angestellten waren meistens sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war wirklich Mangelhaft an der Auswahl. Wenn man aber z.B noch eine Portion Früchte holen wollte wurde diese sehr sparsam ausgegeben. Die dusche wahr wirklich eine Katastrophe! An warmes Wasser gab es während den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt gar nicht. Zudem das die Brause extrem verkalkt verstopft war. Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön und auch der Aussenbereich wird gepflegt.

The property should consider putting a microwave in the rooms instead of having to ask the restaurant staff to warm up your food

The property was well kept. Staff were friendly, helpful and personable. The daily breakfast was filling and delicious with a variety of options. The local restaurants and beach were with in walking distance. The pickup and drop off from and to the Airport was appreciated. The experience added to our vacation and we most definitely will stay there again.

Nice, quiet space, friendly staff. The location was good and everything is walking distance! The dinner was not as we hoped but the breakfast made up for it! Would return again 😁

Stayed here in the past; a more comfortable stay the last time. Menu had more local options back then and room was better laid out - layout of recent room felt more cramped.

The room where I stayed location was facing pool and restaurant so windows had to stay shut and its frosted, so there was no natural light or fresh air coming into the room It gets hot quickly and has an oversized AC unit that has one setting, so you're either freezing or sweating. They had construction going on early in the morning in the room directly behind ours, so we were woken up twice by loud banging, which my husband reported and it stopped right away. We were offered another room by the staff, which was nice. But this is a case of getting what you paid for.

The facility was well kept. The area was peaceful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend.
