함께 4팀이 갔는데 냉장고 있는 객실, 없는 객실이 있다는데 3곳이 냉장고와 에어컨이 없어서 불편했음.

stayed 2days for the business trip and it was very cozy and nice. Room was quite spaced, and the stuff things were well organized. Located near the town and the bahnhof.

룸도 너무 작고, 방음도 잘 되지 않는듯하네요. 위치도 그다지 좋은 것 같지는 않습니다.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, ideal gelegen um Neuchatel zu erkunden

Personnel à l’écoute, souriant et agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’hôtel est accessible à pied depuis la gare.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean facilities, close to dining, etc.

Lovely stay for a quick overnight trip and nice staff.

Staff was very kind, there is a problem sometime to find a parking spot, but I made it :) Breakfast can be better.

Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Neuenburg. Besonders positiv war der freundliche Empfang und die Lage des Hotels. Das Hotel an sich ist sicher schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wird aber gepflegt und ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Suite für 4 Personen gebucht, es war genügend Platz für uns Eltern und die beiden Teenager. Preis/Leistung war für ein Hotel in der Schweiz sehr gut.

Super Preis-/Leistung. Hotel gut gelegen, nicht weit von öffentlichem Verkehr und Fussgängerzone gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

L’hôtel est simple mais très confortable. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est très bien. L’hôtel serait très bien situé (très proche du lac et pas trop éloigné de l’hyper-centre… mais situé juste au-dessus d’un bar, un groupe de jeune a été très bruyant jusqu’à une heure avancée de la nuit. Il faut donc éviter les chambres donnant sur la rue. À part ça, l’hôtel est très bien.

Very nice Hotel

Accueil très très sympathique de Gary qui nous a aidé au maximum a la fois pour que nous ayons la chambre en avance à cause d’un mariage à 14 h 30 et aussi pour garer la voiture de la meilleure façon. Très belle chambre rénovée sur cours intérieure très calme et pourtant proche du lac et de la vieille ville. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

駐車場がすぐ近くにあり、週末は料金も掛からず駐車できる事をフロントの方に教えて頂き快適でした。

Very pleasant female receptionist when we checked in with bikes but she was unable to offer secure bike storage without checking with her supervisor which she did. Problem resolved with bikes stored in conference room. Thought about spending a second night and suggested to the male receptionist in the morning that a solution would be to store them on the balcony. He was very abrupt and very rude saying it was not possible. At that moment we decided we were not going to spend another night there. Would suggest some serious customer service training. Breakfast and staff were great. Would not recommend this hotel if you were travelling by bike.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Great location.

Hotel très plaisant avec plein de possibilités de se garer, l'accès direct au lac, le personnel vraiment très aimable, que ce soit à l'accueil ou au petit-déjeuner. Excellent séjour.
