전반적으로 우수한 호텔입니다. 외관은 낡아 보이지만 내부는 깨끗하고, 넓고 좋습니다.

This hotel is the best place to experience Nairobi. I could see what people do in daily life. And there are super friendly staff in all areas. You can access Nairobi Street Kitchen in 5 min, and other local restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is simple but authentic, and tastes very nice.

Absolutely lovely, my family and I will definitely stay here again during our next visit. From the breakfast buffet to, the the restaurant and the staff absolutely lovely. My family and I highly recommend 💯❣️

There is no drinking water in the room and when I asked for it they didn't bring enough and argued about price Reception refused to give any discount although i am their customer for many times

The staff did a really great job housekeeping was always on the ball. The breakfast is definitely worth the investment Great way to start a day with areally nice selection. Depending on the activities you have planned the convenience of the location will make a big difference. For me it was quite a bit of travel to try to get out to any of the Safari and interactivities. But any of the Ubers was quick to take care of that.

We had a wonderful experience--the staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. The room was excellent--a lot of space, a great view and lots of amenities. The complementary drink was also a nice touch! The surrounding area provides lot of entertainment and shopping options.

Well-located in Westlands, close to an several banks/ATMs, the best Indian restaurant in Nairobi (Haandi) and a close uber-drive to the CBD. We also loved looking around the Sarit center, which was close by and had excellent food and drinks on their rooftop. The hotel was clean and had a good bar where we could enjoy a beer or a coffee in the morning while looking out over Westlands and beyond. The one minus was a bit of a musty odor, which luckily was very slight. Martin at the entrance of the building was very helpful with getting us an uber and came to work early the next day to help us get an Uber to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was great. The only complaint would be the breakfast buffet was not great. They had pancakes but no butter or syrup for them.

As expected, got all the benefits that Expedia promised.

The stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's about a 8 inch step to get in and out of the shower that can be tricky but other than that the room was excellent. The restaurant was exquisite. Their free breakfast is really good and the service was very friendly and attentive. On the weekends including Thursdays part of the hotel is victim to the loud noise of a club. The management tries to not book you on that side if they can. If you're unfortunate enough that those are the only rooms left, you will not be happy.

I checked in a day early. Had great service throughout my stay. Loved the location and would stay here again.
